Fabulous location, excellent view across the Glen of the mountains from our bedroom window. Breakfast and the food available at the hotel was first class.

The bar area was busy & noisy - we felt it was more like a restaurant than a bar where you could sit and chill. Kettle with tea/cofee etc was on a slide out tray underneath TV unit, the power lead going through the rear of the unit was a bit short so it made making drinks a little tricky, more so because the tray couldn't be fully pulled out as it then bumped in to the dressing table. Shower curtain rail could do with being a little further away from the bath - when the shower was on full, the draft caused the curtain to move inwards and stick to your body

Good sized room with lovely big bath in the bathroom. Plenty of options for breakfast. Disposable cups in bedroom for tea/coffee

Outdated in terms of technical facilities- Only one light in our room was working at the time (one on the wall) side lamps not working, no ceiling light either. Small TV couldn't see too well from the bed

Gorgeous elegant and classy spacious room. The double bed was very comfortable, the views of the mountains out the windows were stunning and really added to the experience.

Room had just been painted so bad smell on paint, which caused me a headache but I tried to stay in there as little as possible, but woke up with a headache each morning. Paint cans just left in the hallway under a sheet. The bath was dirty and shower dripped continuously. Bedding is low quality and pillows flat and uncomfortable. Room and bathroom need updated. TV far too small for the wall space and distance from the bed. 4pm check in I felt was very late, as there is nothing close by at all to keep you entertained, local town 8km away and car needed

Lovely setting, beautiful surroundings. The restaurant staff were lovely, one young girl in particular couldn't do enough for you so good at her job. One guy just cleaned the bar area all the time and ran around but little to no engagement with customers. Great parking and lots of spaces, nice outside area and great walking and views. .

Dragging suitcases up 2 flights of stairs might be a problem for some. The carpet in the common areas could use a refresh.

Dinner was poor with a very limited menu. As a resident I could not reserve a table and had to wait until someone vacated. I tried to book a table prior to travelling and was told it was on a walk in basis only.

Reception was welcoming.

Better access to bedroom. whilst we have issue climbing stairs there is no lift to to any of the bedrooms and there are no ground floor bedrooms

Hard to find via navigation

Very secluded location at the foot of the mountains. Breathtaking views from the rooms. Our GPS couldn't figure out how to get there, we had to stop for directions and got to the lodge at 840pm, starving and tired. Dinner ended at 8ish. The LOVELY receptionist immediately called the chef and asked if they could feed us anything. They provided lovely meal of wings and fries! The pub was very lively and full, with prosecco on tap. Rooms were great.

The view on the mountains is beautiful. Staff is very nice and the chef made me a vegan curry because there was no vegan options on the menu. Food is delicious.

No Wi-Fi in the lodges. Bar closed Mon and Tues as winter hours service. Lodges could do with some basic maintenance and updating in the bathrooms.

Beautiful location. Friendly and accommodating staff. Lovely bar. Lodge spacious and comfortable. Beds and linen very nice for a good sleep.

I was a tiny bit disappointed with the restaurant menu- it was very simple compared to the photos I have seen on your website, but still tasty.

The location and room was fantastic! Definitely we will be back for the views.
