The property is spacious and perfect for us as a family of four…in fact it felt too big for us at times, we didn’t realise how spacious the property would be. My children loved the big kitchen, dining room, lounge area and I loved the fact that there was no tv in there, as we were in there a lot as a family and actually talked without any distracting screens. We made the mistake of following the sat nav and going left out the property and it the road was slightly narrow, we ensured we already headed for the N17 after that! Annie had let me know the new wifi password prior to arrival and also where the switch for the hot water was

A super stay had at Annie's Meadow. Everything we wished for - and more! Annie was the perfect host. She responded really quickly to our queries and was really informative on check in and house protocol. The house itself is amazing. Even better than the pictures can relate. Really spacious throughout and designed for comfort and relaxation. Great kitchen, living room and dining space and fab games and entertainment room. We spent a fair while lounging on the big leather chairs that pull out for proper feet up time. The house is in a great countryside location. Very private and quiet but also easy to hop onto N17 motorway to see the sights, whichever direction you are travelling in. Highly recommended.

It was like living in someone elses house with their things around and we were not sure what we could use and what we couldnt but if we used something like a food item we replaced it. The road leading up to it was very bumpy. Four of us in car and I always sat in the back. So I felt it.

Spacious property. Very well maintained. Nice and quiet cut off but we enjoyed it. Yes I would recommend. The decor was very nice and lots of lovely things like pictures were to my taste. More space than what we are used to.

This was our second holiday at Annies Meadow! Beautiful house in a dreamy location. A truely lovely owner who did everything she could to make our stay as perfect as she could. Freshly baked scones, tea, coffee etc upon our arrival was a great Irish welcome. Planning a further stay next year as we love this place!

Annie’s house was lovely and so peaceful. Exactly what we hoped for. The house is so spacious and clean with all equipment required. Our boys (1,4 & 6 yrs old) loved it. The location was perfect, 10mins from two lovely towns. I would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful time at Annies Meadow! It's a beautiful house in an idyllic location. The house really felt like a home given the personal items and family photographs dotted around the place. They really added to the ambience of the place. There was literally every amenity you could ask for and more in this house. Everything was of an excellent quality including a jacuzzi bath! The beds, sofas and arm chairs were so comfortable. You don't seem to get that level of comfort in all holiday rental properties. There were views from every window of the house. We spent most evenings relaxing on the cosy seats, looking out onto the meadow, talking of old times in Ireland with my father! Lots of memories were made here. Annie was a complete delight and so accommodating. Nothing was too much to ask of her. She responded to all messages very quickly. A truly lovely person and host. The housekeeper really does keep this place in great condition. A really high standard of cleanliness throughout. Annies meadow is a little jewel in beautiful mayo. From which you can use as your sanctuary whilst exploring the gorgeous county and meeting the fabulous people!

A note in the book about the location of the immersion heater switch would have been very useful. A starter pack so one could have a cup of tea on arrival. Also a bit more turf would have been very welcome.

Very comfortable warm house, spacious, everything you could want in the kitchen etc., quiet location. Nice comfortable furniture and bed, Netflix, good Wifi. The housekeeper is a jewel, so friendly and helpful. My host answered any queries promptly by booking.com messages.

The house is really big, there are 3 bathrooms, two showers and a jacuzzi bath, the kitchen is fab, there is a washing machine and dryer, dish washer and American fridge so lots of ice!! There is a lovely sitting room with a big tv and loads of DVDs. Most of the chairs an couches are recliner. It’s peaceful but close to towns. It’s about 3 minutes away from knock. Also the airport. I would definitely recommend this house for a family, and it was great value for money. We had such a lovely relaxed stay! The host was great and we met Ann the lady who looks after the property and she was the nicest woman!

Amazing, spotless, everything you need was there, only you need is your toothbrush 🤗, the house is big, clean, spacious, surroundings are amazing, definitely we are going back ASAP, Annie is a great host, we had great communication and Ann is a wonderful lady, welcoming as with fresh muffins and hot water for tea. Hardly recommend this host and the accommodation!!!

Needs a meet and greet to explain how to heat water . We had no hot water for the first day on arrival. This is the first holiday home we have stayed in that the oil heating was under lock and key and no starter pack to light the fire so we had to supply our own logs for the fire . Some rails to hang clothes in the bedrooms would be an advantage also. The overall cleanliness of the property was dissappointing.
