Set above a pub I was a bit skeptical about noise but nothing to worry about as it was very quiet. Super comfortable and spacious apartment. Great TV. Loved the bar stools! The host was easily contactable by phone and very helpful.

I didn't like that we were asked what time we would be leaving in the morning.

The house is beautiful, beds are to comfortable, everything was lovely and clean. Loved that there was a selection of books to read. Area outside was lovely, friendly neighbours. The place exceeded our expectations and so did the host.

Kitchenware is old in general. No mobile reception whatsoever, you need to go out to the road to speak on the phone.

Just missing a tea towel so we could dry up the last cups on the morning of departure, but used kitchen paper instead.

Second time staying there as a work base as much nicer and spacious than being in a hotel. Immediate contact after booking by the host giving us the key box code. Offered to put the heating on as we would be arriving late, but didn't take long to warm up. Great wifi, which is a necessity as I had no phone signal. Lots of leaflets if you have time to visit places. The whole apartment is very spacious with home from home comforts. Nice décor and clean! Dining table perfect to work at. Bedroom's large and comfortable and great to have two bathrooms. Dishwasher very welcome, as well as the small necessities such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, etc. Fresh milk in the fridge (although we had stopped and got some). Parking right outside a bonus. Lovely quiet area and Kinsale just 5 minutes away has everything you need, take aways, shops, etc.

Wifi was powerful but we all had issues access Mac mail and a large array of websites (news etc), not what you're thinking.

Clean, well appointed place with easy to use appliances.

Some of the fixtures, fittings and household goods are looking a bit tired and could do with freshening up. The living area is quite dark. A dryer would be useful in addition to the washing machine.

Very spacious - we rent in Kinsale every summer and this was the biggest 2 bed property we have stayed in. Easy parking. Great to have 2 bathrooms. Owner and manager very responsive, friendly and helpful.

Lovely spacious property with excellent facilities and parking. A five minute drive from Kinsale which has an excellent Supavalu supermarket. The apartment was extremely comfortable. Highly recommended. A car is probably essential due to its peaceful location.

No cell phone coverage well compensated by the WIFI. Cooking device outdated when you are used to induction: it took a bit of time to get used to it again but it worked out fine at the end.

Very nice location, quiet. The house was clean. Spacey parking, excellent WIFI. The beds were OK. Shower and bath also fine. No complaints. Good explanation received about the water heating system.

The kitchen sink did not hold water to wash dishes. Plugs need new washers.

Lovely place to stay in the country with all amenities, including good TV coverage. And a great big lounge room. Great place to see Kinsale and Cork.

Our host was extremely helpful. We arrived christmas eve and she sent me a detailed message giving instructions on how to use heating and hot water. She checked in on us to make sure we were OK and on Stephens day she gave us a late check out which we really appreciated. Could not recommend highly enough.

Loved the spacious rooms. A beautiful quiet setting and ample parking. The host could not have been more gracious. A short drive to center of town.

No shower in main bathroom. 2nd bedroom was small with 2 single beds more suitable for children. No bedside light in 2nd bedroom. Mattress in bed 1 double bed sags to the middle.

Spacious living room. Kitchen facilities were good. Plenty of parking. Nice quiet location fairly close to kinsale Town.

The area doesnt seem have telephone signal, but the wifi in the room works very well so that didnt pose any difficulty to me
