The people at this property were exception in every way. Stephen the bar manager introduced us to some wonderful new whiskeys, Sergio the restaurant manager was great and his staff was great. Lena in the restaurant showed her skills with flambé sword and fillet. All perfect.

Beautiful historic building with comfortable spacious rooms. Exceptional personalised service from Raj & all staff, everyone going out of their way to say hello & did we need anything. Enjoyed cocktails made by Steven in the bar & "Drunken Bullock Fillet Steak" in The Library restaurant, a highlight of our trip to Ireland. The cooked breakfast & cappuccinos were also fabulous. Great stay, highly recommended.

Al the staff were welcoming & very friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable. Towels are fluffy & the whole room was very clean. The food was excellent & service is not rushed. We also did the castle tour- this is well worth the money. All in all a great visit. We will definitely be coming back for another visit

We had 30kg suitcases and without a lift, they were very heavy to drag up and down the flights of stairs. Lesson learned- pack lighter.

Loved everything and it’s a highlight of our trip.

Everything! The decor was amazing and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Also liked the fact that there are only about 10 rooms so it feels intimate. Food was great. And the bar tender Stevie was the best bar tender ever. Friendly, exceptional customer service, superb drinks (try the elderberry gin drink). Walk the grounds! Beautiful woods.

Just a European thing, but I had trouble finding an outlet near a mirror to use while drying my hair. A common problem in all hotel bathrooms where outlets don't exist.

We had the king garden view room. Lovely. Our children had nice rooms as well. The bar and restaurant were great, also. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Everything was perfect!

Belleek Castle is amazing! The place has incredible charm! Our canopy bed and guest room were beautiful! We met Paul - the owner. He is very personable and fun to talk with! David gave us a great tour of the on-site medieval museum with historic armor and ancient fossils. We learned a lot of history during our stay. The staff was very friendly! Our breakfast was amazing! The dining room is beautifully decorated! The site and grounds are absolutely beautiful! We highly recommend this place! Hope we can go back some day!

A little more fruit and choice of breads for breakfast would have made it better. Both mornings I asked for scrambled eggs and got fried eggs, however, the full Irish was delicious.

Perfect getaway weekend for a couple. The staff were marvelous, so friendly and accommodating. The tour is a must! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. The property is truly a hidden gem in the Mayo countryside.

Not really a castle, more of a manor house. Noise from the corridors extremely loud and there were children running up and down the corridors screaming until late at night and early the next morning making getting sleep quite difficult.

Novelty of staying in a Manor House, nice room, and walks on the ground. Beautiful bar room decorated in eighteenth century style.

You didn't have any souvenirs, previous Castles we have stayed in have Castle bears and little pieces like that.

We had an amazing Castle Tour with Carol, very informative and fun, I would highly recommend as Carol was passionate about the local History. All the staff were great, very friendly and helpful, we had 3 rooms each was great with lovely views of the grounds. We also had the best dinner in the Library Restuarnt, again would fully recommend.
