Minor gripe, Shower and Hand basin could do with new sealant, would make the bathroom more pleasing on the eye.

Location is good for us, right on our tour route. Decent room with plenty space. We ate out at night as we always do so can't comment on Dinner. Breakfast was very good, plenty of it and well looked after during the meal.

The bed was not comfortable, It is on the main road and you have no back garden or place to relax. When we arrived not much was explained to us and we had to probe for answers, not sure what the wellness is as advertised on booking. The room was nice and warm but then the bathroom freezing and as it was a bathroom for disability access, it was very uncomfortable for us a on a taller side people. Also the initial communication with Pat was a little disappointing - we did not get answers to all our questions, any answer did not sound welcoming and some answers were very general rather than helpful. If there is one thing to recommend then this initial communication if it can improve as due to this I nearly cancelled this booking.

I really enjoyed breakfast as finally it met the standard of B&B. I really like that we could have our pet with us with absolutely no hassle. Most of the staff was also lovely and friendly. The room temperature was nice and warm. The details of the room were also above our expectations - we had a fridge, hair dryer etc.

I couldn't get the shower to go hot. Thankfully on a one night stay it wasn't a huge issue, and the staff said they would look into it.

We rented the self catering house which has seen better days. Some of the appliances are very old and could do with replacing including upstairs shower. Upstairs bed mattress was sagging in middle and uncomfortable.

It was very noisy during night

Very comfy bed,I had a very good sleep. Breakfast was really nice. Tasty and fresh and a lot to choose . I loved hat there was a tea/coffee station(24 hours) for guests ,very good tea choice, and a courtesy muffins in the fridge. That's very caring from the management. I arrived late in the evening and I really enjoyed my cup of tea with the muffin. Thank yuu.

Great little place, chickens roaming the back garden, breakfast superb, room lovely, but for the life of us could not work out the weird TV/Cable combo, bathroom also beautiful. Proper rambling building with lovely wooden staircase and some beautiful furniture and pictures.

The place looks old and would benefit from a makeover. It would need a deep clean to remove webs and hairs. The tv system was hard to work out.

The place is in a convenient location, closer to town. We were served the breakfast chosen, on the night before, in the morning. The staff was friendly.

2 remotes for TV were a bit fiddly & had to stand in a certain place in room to change channels. The blinds were slightly mouldy & need a good clean, Bathroom was a little tired, needing a freshen up

Choice of breakfast excellent. Breakfast cooked fresh so no issues re food standing around. Was dog friendly, and given room on ground floor that was very spacious.
