Home was great...Next time we stay I'll read all the directions for the Hot Water and Furnace beforehand and not be trying to figure it out at 10pm at night. (My Bad)

This was a great location adjacent to and within easy walking distance to Bunratty Castle. The property manager (Caroline) was on-site and very prompt in answering any questions and addressing any and all concerns. We were having issues on accessing the furnace and hot water controls. Caroline came over immediately, showed us exactly how to use them and was very gracious to have us contact her immediately with any other questions. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the awesome location right next to Bunratty Castle. Definitely recommend this clean, spacious, centrally located home. +++!!

Since we were traveling from another country, I was not sure what to expect. I was surprised there was not a coffee maker and the beds were not the most comfortable. It would be helpful to have some information on hand on how to use the appliances for international traveler's. As an example the dryer would not work, after researching I found that the dryer needed to have a reservoir that collected water emptied so it would work. We also were unsure of the oven setting for baking. The appliances are simply different from what we are used to, they all worked fine once we figured out how to use them.

The location is perfect and centrally located. The home is clean and offered plenty of space for our family.

The couch in house # 5 needs to be thrown out. The straps on the bottom are all broken so nobody can actually sit on it without falling through it. The addition of a clothes dryer and hair dryer would have made a huge difference for us. My husband was confronted by the property manager for running a small string on the perimeter hedge. She was rude and very unhelpful. Not a nice person at all, what a shame :-(

This is a very comfortable, clean and affordable place to stay. The house is roomy and an excellent choice for a family holidays.

The holiday village is attractive, quiet and well-maintained. Our holiday house was spacious, clean and comfortable. The supervisor for the properties was welcoming and helpful, and she was very knowledgeable about the local area. Bunratty itself has plenty of places to eat and drink, and the castle and folk park are well worth a visit. It is within easy reach of the coast, Limerick, Galway, the Burren National Park and other attractive and historic places.

Need to explain to renters that they must supply toilet paper and other household items upon using the small amount that is provided runs out (so that renters can be prepared before they are completely out!).

The home was larger than expected, good location to walk to restaurants and was well kept. The neighborhood was quiet.

The Supervisor was very helpful and friendly, property was easy to find and access. The place was clean, quiet and a great base to visit the West part of Ireland. The property itself was spacious and comfortable.

We were welcomed at the property by the supervisor, Caroline, who explained the facilities and local area (shops etc) and places to visit. She was a great help and very friendly. She also is on the site if there are any issues. The property is a full end terrace house with three bedrooms. All rooms were spacious and clean. Living, dining room and kitchen are open plan and a nice big area for relaxing. Kitchen is well equipped - you can do your washing - plus a downstairs loo which is a bonus. Ample space for parking. Location is fabulous. Never heard of Bunratty before this trip, but what a pleasant surprise. Several nice places to eat within walking distance and a castle. Great base for driving to Galway or Cliffs of Moher or Limerick or Cork or taking the Ring of Kerry drive. Fantastic.

A small thing to some, but the kitchen was missing a few essentials for self catering, for example a potatoe masher, condiments like salt and pepper. The water heating system didn't work also for us. But we had access to an electric shower so used that instead.

The house was lovely, big and airy. Kids had lots of room to play, and there was a green area out front which was great. Loved the little garden in the back too, for warm evening dinners.
