Pam and Morris went above and beyond all of our expectations. We had a leaky tire earlier in the day (a Sunday) and Morris provided the equipment, supplies, knowhow, and manpower to fix the problem. Amazing! Pam prepared an early breakfast for us. Both the tire repair and early breakfast allowed us an unhurried trip to the airport that would have been impossible otherwise. Great folks and great stay!

Pam and Morris were very nice and hospitable hosts. The accommodation is located neer by Dublin and Trim is a 7 minute drive away. The room was large enough and very bright. The breakfast was also very good.

The owner was so nice and welcoming. She didn’t know it was my family coming and still tried to accommodate us which I highly appreciated. She was so lovely to my kids and they loved her dog Lucy. I will definitely be staying there again.

Pam was so lovely and location was brilliant to get to station house hotel for a wedding. Pam gave us a lift to the wedding, which was so nice of her. Breakfast was tasty, and the facilities were excellent. Would 100% recommend

I would have liked a cooked breakfast i.e. an Irish breakfast. A selection of coffees would be great as some people like strong coffee while others like mild.

Our nights stay was more than expected. Easy booking and Pam and Morris are absolutely brilliant with the communication from the start to finish. Relaxed and easy check-ins. The house is beautiful, and the grounds are kept immaculate. The rooms are beautiful, clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable and relaxing. Pam puts a lovely breakfast table together, and I would say if you needed or wanted anything different, just give her a message, and it wouldn't be a bother sorting it for you. I would recommend a stay at Pams to anyone and wish I have the chance to come back someday.

The breakfast was very complete and delicious . You can serve yourself as many times as you want of everything there is. Pam was very attentive asking if we needed anything. The location is good and it is in a quiet place.

I had a lovely staff at Butterhouse. What a location - from my room there was a beautiful view of the sunset and sunrise over the frosty fields. The bedroom itself was warm and cosy, the bed had a great big mattress and a warm and soft duvet and pillows - I slept like a baby :) The hosts, Pam & Maurice, were exceptional. They picked me and dropped me off from the nearby town of Trim, and even gave me a lift and back to my appointment. They were welcoming, friendly and great to talk to. Also, the continental breakfast the next morning was delicious and abundant. I highly recommend Butterhouse!

The breakfast was amazing, fresh and delicious. The room was extremely comfortable with a beautiful view. The host was extremely gracious, friendly and helpful. The location, close to Trim, was perfect.

Hosts Pam & Morris were superbly exceptional. Very warm, friendly and made us feel at home. I & my husband were attending a wedding & Pam went our of her way to accommodate our requests.Provided a suitable room with mirrored sliding doors & also lent me a matching coat. We cannot thank them enough for the hospitality and wonderful experience of staying at Butterhouse. Breakfast was good with lovely Irish bread & fresh fruit. Trim is a great place to visit. Would recommend Butterhouse to anyone visiting this part of Ireland!
