Nothing to not like

Quiet location, beautiful rooms recently updated I'd say and warm welcome . This place is a little gem and the tastiest breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for these exceptional hosts. We would absolutely recommend and hope to be back.

The fact I only got to stay one night I didn’t want to leave,

Nestled in a picturesque countryside setting, the main house is just beautiful. There is ample free parking. The host exudes warmth and attentiveness, ensuring a memorable stay. The rooms are immaculate, with meticulous attention to detail evident at every turn. Crisp, pristine bed linens await, accompanied by the indulgence of a luxurious waterfall shower, complete with a thoughtful diffuser attachment catering to curly hair needs which I being curly haired have never had anywhere before and I always forget mine. Each room boasts tea and coffee making facilities, while breakfast presents an array of options too numerous to list. My breakfast included creamy porridge adorned with fresh berries, flawlessly cooked eggs, and top-tier sausages. You could hear a pin drop all night.

The location is a bit far away from it all. This must not be bad, some will like it but I felt a little isolated. Narrow Irish roads are not inviting to any extra excursions.

Very good breakfast with all you could ask for, and all you could eat.

Parking was a bit difficult during a Christianing that was going on. It is such a lovely property and I am sure multiple events take place here, I wouldn't hold this against the property- just something for others to be aware of!

Breakfast was lovely and the room was large but cozy, this place had the most and fluffiest pillows of all the places we stayed- much appreciated.

Lights in the garden could be turned off earlier

Beautiful location with extra touches....the garden was big with individual seating areas and a big table for dining al fresco. A small guest kitchen for catering for your evening meals and a fabulous shower.

Loved the house (it dates from the 1770's and has been sympathetically renovated), loved our spacious room and ensuite, loved that there were common areas both inside and out that we felt comfortable to use. This included a basic kitchenette with crockery and cutlery where we were able to prepare our own dinner. Hostess was friendly and helpful and made us the BEST-EVER breakfast. Amazing value. Overall, a really good experience.

Our bathroom was very small - with not even enough room for a toilet roll holder. But otherwise it was fine.

A very nice, quiet place in the countryside. Excellent breakfast. Extremely cozy and comfortable rooms, spotlessly. Great host, very helpful with self check in. Wish we could stay longer. Definitely recommend staying there.

A bit tricky in relation to the coffee machine/kettle having to be plugged in under the desk on the floor due to location of plugs. Provision of an extension lead perhaps?
