The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped, as in dish washing sponge, and cloth to wipe worktops etc. and an extra hand towel. The double bedrooms had two huge wardrobes - (too much for a stay of a few days, one would be sufficient) but no chest of drawers, so nowhere, apart from the table in the hall, to place hair brush, make-up etc. The en-suite & bathroom were the same - nowhere to put toiletries etc. Although there was a hairdryer, there was no power point near a mirror to use it. The shower in the en-suite had a huge double shower tray, which served no purpose and took up too much space. A larger vanity, with good lighting and space for toiletries would be more useful.

The staff were very helpful when l emailed a few times to arrange an extra nights stay. The apartment was the same as in the pictures - clean and bright. Ample room for our needs, and in a great location. We preferred using the key for entry, rather than the app.

Only one key is available. Balcony door was stuck. They did offer to come over to resolve this but wasn't really worth the time because of our short stay. Badly isolated, the living room was cold, and sound from outside was very loud (the sound was to be expected). The sleeping couch is quite hard.

The location is amazing, the apartment was nice, clean and as advertised. Good price compared to other options. All in all we were very happy with our stay.

The fan in the bathroom didn't work and there was a damp smell. Had to leave the door open after using the shower.

Communication was good and replies to questions came quickly. The appartment's in a great place, near to lots of attractions. Kitchen was good and the washer/dryer was a bonus. For a 1-bedroom, it worked fine for 4 of us.

There was no sound to know if the gate was opened. The instructions to locate the digital lock of the gate could be clearer. The bathroom could do a bit of uplifting.

The staff was very helpful when the digital key app didn’t work for me. She came all the way to give me the physical key card despite the cold weather.

Boiler was broken so couldn't get the heating to work, it kept saying error, they did send someone out as soon as they could but it the next day it kept saying error again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was in a great location, within walking distance to everywhere you would want to go.

The street below can get a bit noisy/lively at night. However, it is ok if you keep the window shut.

- Airport transfer made it easier for us as we are travelling in a group of 6 and with luggages in tow. The driver helped to collect the keys prior to meeting us, thereby saving us a trip to the office. Also, as our flight is in the afternoon, the driver (again) helped to deposit our luggages at the office after check-out, giving us more time to explore the city. - Apartment is spacious. All things work as they should. Nothing to complain about. - Lively area though for those who prefer some quiet, the crowd may be considered slightly rowdy.

Great location in Temple Bar. Good facilities, and very comfortable for 2. A bit tight with 3 adults but still good. It is noisy at night, but the level drops by the time you are ready to sleep. The staff at check in were very helpful.

We arrived in the middle of the night and had to pick up the key at the office which was not near the flat - a key box would have been easier. Additionally the flat we booked was changed from city centre to the Docklands. However, the flat was nice and we were compensated for the inconvenience. I would fully recommend this company.

The flat was big with three bathrooms - perfect for a group of six people.

- Check-in process was clunky. - Our apartment was 20min away from the reception desk. - There was no parking or temporary parking at the reception location and it was located on a super small street. Plan accordingly here - There was no temporary parking at the apartment either to unload our luggage (It was a party of 6 in 2 cars). - The key card that they gave us, didn't work to let us in the main door to the apartment and we didn't have enough signal to download the app so we had to go somewhere with wifi to download app, before we could open the door.

The stay was great overall. - Amazing location and the place was clean and spacious for all of us. - Beds were comfortable - Once we got the key code app to work, was a great touch and easier than a a physical key

the facilities were adequate, felt the apartment overall was fairly clean, however we did find some rubbish from previous users that hasn’t been cleaned up.

location of the apartments was great, it was very comfortable too. very good for the price aswell, great that we had our own apartment compared to paying more for staying in a hotel that wasn’t as close to the temple bar street!

The windows locking/opening mechanisms are faulty, at one point I was holding a patio door in my hand desperately trying to get it to close. The small bedroom window opens fully which is a potential H & S risk, especially if you have children. There is a gaping hole in the door frame off the sitting area causing a draught.

The accommodation was clean, spacious and very central. They met all our basic needs, plus some nice little extras. There wasn't too much noise in the property considering the location.

The kitchen equipment needs attention and checking. The cooking knifes were too blunt and there was no bread knife. The fridge didn't keep food cold. The electric jug didn't work. The bathroom also needs attention.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the linen and towels were excellent. The location was fantastic and it was very quiet at night. There was plenty of hot water. There was a washing machine and dishwasher.
