You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAnother guest had TV on loudly in the middle of the night. When mentioned to receptionist in the morning, she didn't appear particularly interested. No seating or loungers in pool room.
Breakfast was good. Disappointed that had to go to McGettigan's pub for lunch and dinner and couldn't eat in the actual hotel.

IrelandBooking.com would only let me boon 2 rooms but we definitely didn't need the 2 rooms there was enough beds for us all in the one room. I didn't enough the Buffalo chicken wrap but that was just my personal preference u never had that sauce before I couldn't eat it.
The room the bathroom and the pool were all fabulous. The breakfast was amazing.

IrelandI called to reception & reported remote was not working for TV. Two ladies at desk dizzied around & found 2xbatteries in a drawer. I said we were heading out, they didn't offer to try it they told me to do it when I got back! This was well after 11pm & I ended up having to ring down for assistance around midnight when TV wouldn't turn off!! My husband gave up and went to bed!! Not major but a hugh annoyance.
The staff were very friendly but not helpful when needed.
