We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandOur room was a suite and the space was massive and worth what we paid for overall. The bathrooms could do with an updating. Lots of mouldy silicone and quite a climb to get into the bath for a shower. The spa was a gorgeous setting, huge jacuzzi so plenty of space for multiple people to use. Nice sauna but the steam room lacked steam and was more of a mist. A bit disappointing.
A beautiful setting in the west of Ireland. The hotel was nice, generally clean and the staff friendly and helpful. A bit of a kooky set up but we had an overall enjoyable stay. The restaurant served up some great dishes so dinner on one of the nights we stayed was really enjoyable.

IrelandExpected the restaurant to be a bit more luxurious for a “resort”. The bar area people were eating at looked more relaxing than the actual restaurant. Menu was extremely limited and food was just average. Could possibly have been disappointing due to my own high expectations of the Delphi. Also expected the Spa (booked the thermal suite experience not treatment’s) to be top notch based on photos I had seen but found it to be average.
Location was great, close to Kylemore Abbey, Connemara National park, killary fjord etc so a great base to explore that side of Galway. views amazing and just a vibe been in the middle of nowhere cozied up. Bed was the most comfortable bed I have EVER stayed in. Staff on reception were really lovely.

Relaxing place...rooms comfortable. Staff very well trained. Wide range of activities- we did zip line which was enjoyable.
