We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandNot crazy about there being a tv in the room. The last time we stayed there was no tv and I thought that it was great to encourage people to just switch off . Carpets in the bedroom looked like they hadn't been hoovered and the glass doors in the hotel were quite grubby with fingerprints.
The location is amazing..perfect place to unwind and switch off. Love the walking trails and waking up to the birds. Beds are comfy,great to have nespresso machines in the rooms. The food in the restaurant was lovely and the outside terrace is really nice. Staff are friendly, easy check in and check out and love the library too. Overall a great chill out place to escape to for a few days.

IrelandThere is no toilet brush in the bathroom. (??) And the dinner in the restaurant wasn't up to the price at all..plus we were pretty uncomfortable placed to sit in the very busy, walking area..so we couldn't have any privacy for a decent couple dinner. We wanted to take desserts to our room but the restaurant managing staff didn't have any understanding for it so we gave up on it.
The front, spa and cleaning staff are very welcoming. The rooms are cozy and pleasant. The highlight is the comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast choices.

IrelandOur room was a suite and the space was massive and worth what we paid for overall. The bathrooms could do with an updating. Lots of mouldy silicone and quite a climb to get into the bath for a shower. The spa was a gorgeous setting, huge jacuzzi so plenty of space for multiple people to use. Nice sauna but the steam room lacked steam and was more of a mist. A bit disappointing.
A beautiful setting in the west of Ireland. The hotel was nice, generally clean and the staff friendly and helpful. A bit of a kooky set up but we had an overall enjoyable stay. The restaurant served up some great dishes so dinner on one of the nights we stayed was really enjoyable.
