Staff member spilled a full drink on me and had to clean it up myself !?? Was not informed that the kitchen will be closed at 9:30pm as I arrived at 9:20 as we were told at reception to arrive any time before 10pm. Had to order taxi into blanch to get food. Apart from that was a lovely stay and nice and quite defo come back again 🫶🏻

The staff were very nice and always pleasant just could have informed about kitchen closing before 10! hotel is spotless and room was very nice would deffo recommend Breakfast was gorgeous was really impressed with the selection and food was really nice! Spa made the hotel was unbelievable, one of the best spas I have been to hospitality wise and the out door jacuzzi was a bonus that really made the day couldn’t get out of it haha but yeah really nice spa highly impressed 👍🏻

Food and drink are very overpriced. €7 for a bottle of still water at dinner is ridiculous. The door in the foyer leading to the bedrooms badly needs a coat of paint. Hotel especially the reception and foyer areas need a good freshen up and the floor rugs need replacing - current ones are very dirty.

The hotel is in a beautiful location and easily accessible from the motorway. Room was spotlessly clean and warm. Breakfast was delicious. Staff are very professional especially Olivia on reception. Great heat in hotel and our room had a balcony which was lovely.

Having to pay for use of the Spa was a bit of a cheek! 10 Euro's per hour Beds were very uncomforatable Breakfast was underwhelming considering the cost!

We were in a room with 2 single beds pushed together when we had booked a double room and it clearly specified that we would get a double bed. We are in the Ivy restaurant on our first night. Overall, it was a nice meal but the steak which was €35 was quite small. Staff were not overly friendly in the restaurant.

It was a clean, great location and the room was nice. However, we had booked a double room and it stated on Booking.com that we would get a single bed. However, we got a small room with two single beds pushed together.

there were no biscuits for tea in the bedroom & small cups, a standard mug would be fine. The yield sign at the front of the hotel is not visible on arrival & I almost had a collision with an oncoming vehicle, please mark the road to advise motorists of this junction.

The hotel looks a little tired for the amount of money I paid for a two night stay. Perhaps because it has just been sold explains things The “terrace” needs to be redesigned using a good interior designer that specializes in hotel interiors and the importance of lighting

A group of us booked in to stay as we were attending the Gareth Brooks convert in Croke Patk. We used the lovely thermal suite which we booked as a group the next morning. Staff at the breakfast area were very accommodating for our group of ten, as we wanted to sit together for breakfast. Very friendly host.

The men's changing area in the thermal suite requires some general maintenance, lockers not able to lock properly, tiles missing in shower floor, shower head attachment nearly falling off. Small items, but add up. Some areas of thermal suite not in working order and unavailable.
