Very minor - Could have done with a bin in the bedroom, the furniture in the rooms were a bit dated but completely functional so not really a complaint

Beautiful hotel, lovely, big comfy beds and beautiful bathroom. Ideal for our family stay. Pool is great for the kids. Breakfast was lovely with lots of variety. We ate dinner in the Dungeon bar and it was delicious.

The rooms were always too hot , a little dated and the beds were uncomfortable, we had to change pillows as to hard and no support. The breakfast was good but only if you get there when they reload the buffet food to which was lacking at times. The coffee and tea/sugar weren't always filled up.

The location was excellent and the views were spectacular! The hotel was clean and roomy with very helpful staff.

One of us had a problem with their television not working properly, and unfortunately they could not correct it so that it would work while we were there, but that was minor. Had a room coffee maker that did not work.

Everything was well appointed and beautiful, the beds were amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful.

We had a room with a shared door to the room next to us. There was a young family in there and we could hear every word. As we were there for business we were up and out early the next day so sadly it put a bit of a damper on the experience for us. The next night we were moved, but to a tiny little attic room. We did get a lovely bottle of wine however as compensation.

Great location, lovely interior, bar and restaurant. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

I thought the meals in the restaurant could have been a little bigger, I could see no difference between the adult meal and the children's burger meal despite the price difference

Staff were very friendly, hotel was relaxed and room was big

Called to request an early check-in and were told 2pm would be ready. We were not able to get into our rooms until 330pm!

The accommodations and restaurants and pubs were excellent.

Soap was provided but there was nowhere to put after using it, no soap dish. I understand that people steal everything but there are cheap options to sort this out.

Beautiful location and you can see Dublin from the hotel.

Through no fault of their own, the gas broke in their kitchen, so none of the restarants were able to serve and food. This was a real problem for us as we did not have a car and town was a long walk. We planned to stay 4 days but decided to leave after 1st night. This would have been a huge hassel for us, but they transferred us over to a similar type hotel in the small town nearby. They also treated us to dinner with wine and breakfast each morning. We throughly ended up enjoying our stay. We felt the Fitzpatrick did a great job.

The place had a wonderful ambiance. The rooms and bed are very comfortable and the water for baths was nice and hot.

The view from the room was disappointing - just some bushes and woodland. However this didn't impact too much. Bathrobes could have been provided as standard, without having to request them, but they did arrive quickly when requested. The tv had very limited channels.

The hotel was lovely. The kids loved the pool, and the breakfast was great. The room was lovely. The staff were all very friendly. The dinner in the Dungeon bar was very good.

Only downside was the cleanliness at the gym/pool changing rooms. Compared to the main hotel this part let itself down.

Fantastic room especially for a family of 4. Sometimes a family room is so tight you want to do anything but go back to the room. This was not the case at the hotel. Plenty of room great in room facilities and the staff were amazingly helpful and kind.

Hotel is currently undergoing some refurb. Halls and exterior, when done, will bring the decor in line with the rest of the hotel.

Rooms and foyet of hotel were beautiful. Beds extremely comfortable. We dined in the Dugeon restaurant and the food was delicious. Every member of staff was more than accommodating and went above and beyond. Very good variety at breakfast! Lovely pool facilities. Great stay for our family.
