Found the room to be very dark and hard to see. But I understand that is needed.

Great location and I met some very nice people. The events put on by staff were quite fun and I felt comfortable.

Maybe I would have liked a bathroom and toilets in the room but I did know in advance it was not the case !

Perfect location in the center and very near (30seconds) from the bus stops and the main station too. The staff was very lovely. The room and bathrooms were very clean, convenient lockers under the bed (and free, same for towel they give it to you which is not always the case in hostels so it is a plus for me). They can also keep your luggage for free after check out and they are very helpful for everything you need to ask for or for recommandations. Nice breakfast included in the room price, very much appreciated. Nice homemade yogurts !

A few sofas to sit and read would be good but that's just being picky. Price point is a little high in comparison to other areas but it's not a deal-breaker for the friendly warm atmosphere.

Return stay, nice clean and warm hostel, staff are very friendly and helpful. Communal space is nice, has a nice atmosphere. Beds very comfortable. Showers are amazing. Building very clean and welcoming. Discounted parking.

The common room is very small. The pub crawl wasnt up to scratch and I think the person running the pub crawl, needs to create a better atmosphere of bringing everyone together

Fantastic staff, wonderful amenities. The location was sublime. I would choose this hostel 10 times out of 10 when visiting Galway. Everything was always clean and the people were so polite and considerate.

Staff are incredibly friendly, entire hostel is lovely and comfortable to stay in. Kitchen and lounge area are great for socializing, beds are comfortable, bathrooms and showers cleaned every hour. Hostel also organized pub crawls, dinners, and afternoon tea and snacks and provided complimentary breakfast. Location is fantastic, literally right next to the train station.

Although, overall, it is a gem for backpackers and fun-loving people, the size of the hostel doesn't seem to be able to accommodate larger number of guests than what I've experienced during the stay, which feels a bit of packed at times. So if you fancy quite some quietness and personal space this might not be the first choice. But I will reiterate this is a good place for backpackers who want to mingle with people.

You won't find any other hostels in Galway more convenient than this. It is right adjacent to the rail station. Loads of craic in this compact but all-inclusive hostel and never short of backpackers from around the world to have fun together. Breakfast is surprisingly excellent. And of course super hospitable staff.

There was caged storage for luggage, but you needed to supply your own locks. Fortunately, there was a hardware store in town that was open, and I got one for myself.

The tours and pub crawls booked from the hostel were exciting and fun. The staff were friendly and even knew me by name after a few days. Continental breakfast was included in the price. The city was worth a week's visit.

The doors creaked really loud when you opened them, so I woke up a couple of times when people entered the room.

The staff was super friendly and cheerful. The guided pub crawl was really fun, it was a great opportunity to meet new people. The facilities were clean.

The room was cold at night. I was fine with more blankets. Outside of the room is perfect warm. The price in booking is much more expensive> 45eur in the desk 53eur on booking. Pro Tip: during check in, give some recommendations to the guests on how to behave in a shared room, especially after 11pm

The shower is just amazing, comfy beds, and the staff are really nice people, The location can't be better, good breakfast, they let me shower after checkout. I really like it

The noise from the bar below could be heard nightly. While the hostel offers a kitchen, there is an unadvertised rule that it may not be utilized for guests to cook their breakfast.

The hostel is conveniently located near the main area of Galway including shops, restaurants, and bars. The continental breakfast offered is minimal and includes fresh homemade bread. The hostel is cleaned daily. The wifi is free and works well. The staff offers bar crawls, game nights, and other opportunities to connect with the staff and other travelers. The lockers, power outlets, and lighting at each bed come in handy. The common area is small and cozy.

There's wasn't much not to like, the only thing from my room on the first floor, the music from the bar downstairs could be heard but it finished up around 1130pm so it wasn't too bad.

Nice accommodation, very friendly and welcoming staff. Great showers and comfy beds. The parking here is not onsite but it is close and subsidised.
