The service in the bar and restaurant is very slow, we had a young baby with us so didnt want to delay meal times etc and this was difficult as we had to follow up our orders regularly

No bike trails. Swings inexplicably face away from the lake. Disorganized aloof waitstaff at Bonnie’s, especially at breakfast. Some front desk staff could be friendlier too.

Lovely setting on the lake. Loved having a turntable and Aretha records in my room! Good gym. Prawn salad at Bonnie’s one of the best salads I’ve ever had.

the only fault I have is the service can be slow and at times stock not at the bar and the staff send time going from bar to bar to get glasses & stock other than that I loved it 😍

it’s fabulous loved it and will most definitely be back the outdoor pool I loved, there’s loads of different areas to sit and have a drink etc it’s very relaxing vibe and a lovely walk to the lake

I found the pillows were very thin & lumpy & not the usual luxurious type pillows you would get in most standard hotels. Apart from this I couldn’t fault it.

The location and grounds are absolutely out of this world. Stunning scenery & beautiful interiors. The staff were very friendly & approachable. The food was excellent. The team went above and beyond with decorating our room for my Fiancés birthday and left fresh pastries & also brought his dessert out with a candle at dinner which I hadn’t even asked for so that was so attentive and a lovely touch.

The bathroom in our room was a bit cramped. Not much avocado with the avocado toast breakfast but the bacon was delicious and plentiful!

Staff were very helpful. Dinner was delicious. Lovely place to get away for a night and relax.

We had an amazing stay at Glasson Lakehouse. We had both dinner & breakfast in Bonnie's & both were exceptional. Staff were very attentive & friendly. We booked a hot tub during our stay looking out on the lake & would recommend for anyone staying at this hotel to do same.

Stunning hotel with excellent facilities, highly recommend. Really relaxing atmosphere with lots to do, including the hot tubs. The record player in the room is a cool touch. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here while staying, and the food was amazing. The cheese board is especially good. 👌 Special thanks to Clara who went above and beyond in all areas and to Paddy and Niall in Bonnie's & the bar.

Check in was long ,our room was t ready until 16:30pm which was quite late when we went up to check what deist was it was suddenly ready think they forgot about us we were late then for our hot tub at 16:30 but look minor detail

The grounds were all for golfing and had no room to use the bike or walk around which I didn't expect. u could drive or cycle a good bit to get to walk path
