Nobody to great on arrival as it said we could check in at 3pm. When there bar man arrived he was very nice and helpful.

The staff are lovely and the food in the restaurant is great and very good value for money. You can also help yourself to cereal toast tea and coffee in the morning.

First room didn't have hot water. Mattresses are absolutely horrible, so flimsy. Smell coming from drains. Water coming up through the floor

Good value for money. Relatively cheap accommodation compared to nearby locations. Was attending a nearby wedding so only needed a room for the night. Cosy bar next door as well with decent grub and staff were polite and friendly.

The house itself is outdated and needs some redecorating. The house was damp and the rooms needed a good deep clean. This is nothing to do with the accommodation but you can't get a taxi to and from slane itself as all taxi have to come from drogheda etc so be prepared to drive yourself everywhere .

The staff were lovely and could not do enough for us. You pay for what you get .

Fabulous, friendly Irish pub with great food choices. Enormous first floor room with free parking right at the door. A shared kitchen on the ground floor generously stocked with breakfast basics as well.

We picked the key up from the pub attached to the accommodation and the young girl was friendly and showed us our room and the facility . the wifi was great , shower was perfect and a comfortable bed. We ate at the pub that night and the food was fantastic and a great price

great location, not far from Tankardstown House which is a popular wedding venue. Great facilities in the accommodation for self catering and breakfast, but there is also breakfast available in the cafe/bar next door.

Rooms arent very clean , carpets are very dirty , under the bed was filthy hasnt been cleaned in a long time. Shower fan was covered in thick dust Badly signed posted WiFi is terrible little or no reception in the area.

Nice atmosphere , Good facilities for breakfast area , spacious rooms and great size lounge room . Family orientated. Nice food in the restaurant & nice staff . Great music .

There was a camera in the kitchen, supposedly surveying? Not sure if it was switched on, but seemed a little strange...

The rooms are very spacious. We were there on a day when the pub next door was closed - therefore had to drive 20km to get to the next town where restaurants were open. Everything was closed nearby and you cannot really walk much. We went to newgrange the next day and by car this was quite close. If you want to go to Newgrange this is a great location (and you have a car).

Although it worked out fine for our family, those with young children may want to know that we stayed on a Saturday night and there was a band that played from 10pm to midnight. The music was nice but could be heard from our rooms.

The Inn was very nice. Definitely getting a taste of rural Ireland. We were able to get dinner at the adjoining pub which was very good.

Few stains on carpet. No hot water had to have a cold shower. Did mention it but nothing done. Apparantly pump had broken but we were not informed when checking in that there was no hot water. Garden at the back of the house could do with a tidy up.

Great location. Pub next door brilliant. Self service breakfastgood. Would stay again if get hot water sorted.

When we arrived there was no host on site and we had to call them and waited about 15 minutes for someone to arrive. The flooring (carpet) in our room had multiple stains, there were also some small stains on bed sheets. The shower didn't have hot water. Our room was looking on the street and was right next to a pub which was pretty noisy until about 1am.

The room was big and we had a self-serve breakfast.
