We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandI was in Kells for a 30ths Birthday Party down from Derry, Northern Ireland. The Staff were amazing and so helpful. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. The Food in the Hotel was amazing and very good Value. Thanks to Connor (The Dancing Bar Man) for keeping us all so well looked after in the Kelltic Bar and to Victoria in the Lounge Bar. The Breakfast was spot on very nice. Kells County Meath and this hotel is a gem in the Heart of Ireland and I couldn't recommend it any more

CanadaAll the stairs I had to climb but my bad. The staff was slow for our breakfast both days but especially our first. We had to wait 15 minutes to get someone’s attention and had to get our own menus. Others were served that came in after us. Also not the most friendly servers. Not many smiles but maybe they we’re just tired from the long weekend rush.
Beautiful old hotel. Our room was beautiful however up two flights of stairs was hard on me being mobility compromised. But that was my fault for not asking for a room near the elevator. Great location. Restaurant was great.
