Few things need updated such as shower. Few cleanliness issues which were minor but noticeable. Few maintenance issues such as loose taps and bathroom door not closing properly.

Lady at reception (dark hair with spectacles) was exceptional. So courteous, professional and friendly. Very informative too. Great asset to any hotel. Food servers for breakfast and dinner so attentive and efficient. Excellent.

The breakfast was great. The staff were amazing and the location too. The accommodations were ok. Not was expected for the cost. Pics are not accurate. Took forever to get hot water for shower, the bathrooms need updating. Overall the room did not feel clean. Paint chipped off furniture and worn.

My Mastercard had been cancelled when we got to Bundoran so I just used my Nationwide visa card. A bit embarrassing but the hotel used the correct procedure as I paid for the room when I checked in. The other two hotels got the procedure wrong. There was a letter from Mastercard awaiting me when I got back home. Bob Reid

Hotel room was very very warm and wouldnt cool down even with the window open then there was fan beside our window on the outside that very loud when window was open. Some staff members were rude i think one even cursed at me in their own language when i entered the males bathroom they were cleaning (i didnt know). On breakfast one staff member give us a deathstare when we asked for help with cups we didnt have for tea. Paid €60 for a meal that tasted cheap.

The whole hotel looked very nice, the room was nice and the lobby was nice to drink in, it was very comfortable. there was a staff member in the bar that was very friendly older guy. Good live music. We would stay again. Close to every were we wanted to go

Cannot call it an issue but there scrambled eggs were made of some gelatinous orange material. Neither my wife or I could eat the material. Went for fried eggs and everything was fine. Spa/massage facilities just opened and are need of a few refinements, softer Mello music in and softer lighting in “quiet area”.

We were recommended to stay for dinner in the bar, we came and were in a hurry. After 15 minutes nobody took our order for drinks or food and served other people who arrived well after us. We left after that. Also the breakfast was not great at all.

The location was amazing. The rooms were big and really clean. The reception guys (Phil) was absolutely amazing and so friendly. he made our stay so much more nicer. All the staff was nice overall.

The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable as it’s getting a little older I’d say. We still slept well just had stiff backs in the morning for a little while. Not a big deal and wouldn’t stop us booking to stay here again.

The staff were absolutely lovely especially Geraldine at breakfast. Lovely big room with a sea view especially handy when we were there for a few days it was nice to have space in the room. Food was delicious!! The music during the week was brilliant but also didn’t keep us up on the two night we didn’t go down to the bar.

The noise and constant running up and down corridors and upstairs by other guests children.

Another lift would be great as we had to wait 10 minutes on one occasion for the lift to arrive as my mum is elderly & has arthritis she could not take the stairs.

I liked the free carpark on site and also the size of the room the staff were very friendly & accomodating.
