Kitchen lacked necessary tools. ( No mixing bowls) No instruction booklet! Like how to use the washer, dryer, locks on the door, the shower, whether or no to empty the trash. Upon arrival, everything looked good, be we soon noticed the home could use some care. There are torn leather chairs to use, there are holes in some of the walls and the floor boards are loose when entering our entering some areas. That said, the decor was nice and the house spacious. When I contacted the host, she was kind enough to help us find our way to Hydrangea house.

Not much not too like. Only thing I could suggest put a name board up at the end of the drive to make it easier to find.

Wifi does not give access to any encripted connection thus it is impossible to: book any visit or turistic site entrance, make any payment, access emails, access bank or work websites, view home security cameras. Host should disable these limitations.

Couches where you 'drown' in, not very comfortable. Some small annoying flies in (mainly) the bathroom.

Had a question about the TV and the owner showed up to help within half an hour. Great location to go to the beach, Kinsale or Cork Well equiped house.

The location was too far from town. Didn't like the large window in the shower that didn't have a shade.

The check in and check out were very easy. The house was clean and new. Appliances were very good. Kitchen had everything needed. The beds were comfortable.

I would recommend finding a way to prevent the floor from getting very wet whilst showering, felt bad for having to use a towel, also lighting for outside. It was quite dark and so a little difficult to locate and no lights for safety when arriving in the evening.

The location was secluded but we liked that.The house was very clean and comfortable. Stayed in November so the weather was not good but would be beautiful in the Summer. There were many nice touches like board games and a coffee machine

The location was a bit out of Kinsale and a little difficult to find. The house was spotless and the beds very comfortable lots of lovely pillows and extra blankets. It was lovely to arrive and have the bread, milk, eggs and juice left for us.

The hot water in the kitchen was just a trickle which made it a little frustrating to use.

The host left a few food items for us. We cooked our own breakfast. The location was a little different than we thought. We didn't realize it was not in Kinsale and we were concerned with the path the gps was taking us, but once we got there, it was great, and we were actually quite pleased with the location. We were glad for the privacy of the place and the ability to lounge in the house. The place was well equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the laundry .

The only negative was the price. As much as I realise where we were and location was fab, I just thought the price was very high for a stay cation. Understand that everything is going up in price though.

The house was beautiful, cosy and clean. Slight smell of oil in one of the bedrooms noted however wasn't there all the time. Put it down to the tank being outside the window of this bedroom. The house had everything we needed for our family stay. We cooked in most nights. Garden was fabulous for the children and very safe. Great to have netflix on the TV. So lovely to get back to Kinsale/Ballinspittle after 4 yrs and made even nicer staying in a lovely location. Thank you Fiona!!
