We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The hotel location was great for our visit to Cork. The car park was not huge in size but was available each day that we were there and was easy to use. The breakfast in the morning was enjoyable and tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful

Excellent,service-minded staff. We had tickets to a Parc Ui Chaoimh event and had initially not been able to book at Leonardo for the full length of our stay. As the weather turned increasingly rainy,we shared our concern with the reception staff who were very helpful indeed. In the end we were able to extend our stay for another 2 nights. Rachel (Byrne), we're forever grateful to you!!! All the staff were friendly in such an unpretentious way. Super location. Clean,cozy room. Very good breakfast. We don't need luxury,but to know that everything works and that the staff are really there for you - this was what was true here and made our stay super good indeed!!!

A good, basic, quiet place to stay near the city center and high street. A short walk from buses and trains. No frills but a large, clean room. Friendly staff and easy check in/out.

IrelandParking wasn’t clearly advertised about the Lapp carpark. There was some confusion about it first and the deal wasn’t communicated checking in.
The location was ideal for staying around the city. The center of town is a 2 min walk. The room was nice and spacious and it’s far enough that noise didn’t get to us. It’s only 15 min drive from Fota wildlife park and 20 min from blarney.

The customer service is very friendly, the bed is very comfortable, the food is delicious, and it is very close to the city center. There is a large shopping mall on the left after leaving the hotel and passing the bus terminal. The room price is too high and breakfast needs to be paid separately.
