The decoration is a bit outdated if it is important to you. And you share the facilities, which I expected to be complicated but not at all in the end!

The feeling of knowing you're safe among women is great. It is very well located if you don't mind not being in the city centre, it is a half hour trip with one bus which is very nice.

Communal areas could benefit from being a bit cleaner/tidier.

Very comfortable and warm reception. Good location and value for money. Will definitely return. Got upgraded on one occasion which was lovely. Room clean and bedding fresh and comfortable. Hairdryer and bathroom toiletries were very useful.

I stayed in this accommodation twice for the purpose of work. I stayed in the double bed room. The bed was clean and comfortable. It was a clean spacious room. Towels and toiletries provided! The host was easily contactable and always responded within minutes. It is a self check in and very easily done ! room to park two cars in the drive ! Use of kitchen and fridge also! Can’t argue with the price ! Would recommend this to others!

I'm simply picking at straws because this place is a solid 9 in my opinion, and I'm a frequent traveller. Perhaps some people might like a top sheet. It could be an idea to leave one in the cupboard in case it's needed. The room might be warm at night.

Very good value for starters. You would not find anything in Dublin as nice as this for that price. I had minor surgery on my shoulder yesterday and I really needed a comfortable night. The bed was dreamlike - I managed to sleep on one side because it was so comfy. The host, Patrick provides great communication. He is lovely too. His tenant who lives at the house, whose name escapes me, is a gem. This is the reason there are females only. This makes this place extra special because she is so quiet and kind, even though she doesn't work there. There's a great feeling of safety too. The place is well decorated and pretty. They've thought of everything, including toothbrush and toothpaste which I was so glad of since I'm travelling today and as others mentioned, female beauty and sanitary products. The bathroom is lovely and clean and the shower is very good. I didn't notice any problem with water pressure. The bathroom is shared but honestly I think we were the only ones who used it plus the only other person I saw, the lovely tenant actually was so welcoming that you won't be embarrassed slipping out in your pj's. I didn't use the shared facilities downstairs but everything was so nicely decorated and super clean and tidy.

The place is accessible by bus which is very convenient. The room was really cozy and comfortable I really felt like sleeping in my own room. They also prepared toothbrush, sanitary pads/tampons just in case if you needed them. There was also iron and hair dryer available. The room and the towels were clean. It is a quiet area but it felt like a safe area so I had a really good sleep. The bathroom is shared but I didn't have an issue with it. The host, Patrick, also allowed me to use the living room to watch TV and to cook in the kitchen. He is a great host and is very welcoming. I definitely see myself coming back here again.

* I never had to send a copy of my ID to a private host before. If the host wanted to check my ID, he should be at home at the check-in time (the same procedure as in a hotel or Airbnb). I understand his security reasons but what about mine? I don't want to send a copy of my ID to every private person I'm renting from for a few days. This information should be included on his listing. * Low hot water pressure in the shower - not good for rainy and cold days.

This place is better than the hotel stay. It's quiet - both in the property and outside, very comfortable and cozy. Exceptionally clean. You can cook yourself a meal or just get your fav food and store it in the fridge. A good shower. It feels like home. Highly recommended.

Hello, I booked the hotel and paid. after which, on the day I arrived, the person sent me another verification in messages, I had to photograph the documents and myself with the documents. after fulfilling all the conditions, I wrote that I had fulfilled everything, after which I saw that the apartments were only for women, this surprised me very much, the man said that he could not do anything about it and as a result, I did not receive the money back, because their payment policies. I am disappointed

The heating was a bit too low for the weather on the first night. But overall everything nice.

The house was clean, didn't have to worry or look for the house manager Loved the location as it was accessible . Very ideal if you are alone 🙂

Nothing, really, it was what I expected

They were so helpful, picked me up from the airport and dropped me off—much less expensive than taking a cab or Uber. They drove me to a pub for dinner after dropping off my things and gave me really good ideas on places to go. Super warm, friendly.

convenient location, safe entry and exit as you had a personalised code and also a lock for your bedroom. comfortable bedding, attentive host and was quick with replies and very helpful! a welcome basket on my bed with female toiletries, tooth brush, eye masks bath salts etc which was a lovely touch!

I really enjoyed my stay in this property . The double bedroom was spacious & it had a huge (& a super pretty) vintage style wardrobe in it which I loved (because it's pretty) & because I was able to fit all my stuff in it. The room was super cute, with pink curtains, pink cushions & some cute pink figurines... which added a dreamy/ homey feeling to it. The bed was super comfy too, I slept like a baby 😌 The thing I appreciated the most was that they provided fresh towels, shampoo & conditioner & all the things I really needed but forgot to bring with me. The house was quite (I really liked that) & I felt very safe. I also appreciated being able to use all the facilities & being able to use the kitchen as I know that many places would only give access to the bedroom. The hosts were extremely kind & helpful with all my requests so all in all I had a great experience. Thanks guys
