We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandOnly minor things. * No chair in the room. * The chrome had come off the plug hole in the bathroom sink (simply and cheap enough to replace that). * The bar was busy for the live music. Not enough seats for the mainly elderly clientele.
Nice tradition hotel in the centre of Stranorlar. Room was clean with a view of the street. Plenty of cafes/restaurants/take aways within a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Bar was nice with attentive staff and traditional irish live music at the weekend. Breakfast was a buffet with many choices. I would stay here again.

IrelandA very nice big room for 3 people . The bathroom looks stylish but there is no pressure and hot water day and night. We weren't able to take a proper shower, not a chance to wash our hair. Shower need a water pump.The room smells sweat from the previous guests. Second time visited. First time no issues. Our dinner orders mixed up. We got a table at breakfast. We went to get food when we were back someone else sat there. Very embarrassing. Our first visit same issue.

IrelandMaybe the ensuite bathroom needs touching up, the tiles at corners & floors are old but it didn't bother me, it would help the reviews going forward. Otherwise it was a perfect hotel & I will be back.
We stayed one night in Kees hotel to do some shopping in the town. Kees is a beautiful old style hotel, lovely comfortable chairs in the foyer & bar. Staff so pleasant & helpful. Live In house music that night which added to our enjoyment.
