Really cannot complain. This property for our needs perfectly and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to book a Skellig Island tour.

Our host was absolutely lovely and did a wonderful job at getting us acquired with the property. The property itself was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was just a very short drive away from Portmagee and considering we were in town for a Skellig Island tour the following day, this was perfect to allow for us to get to the harbor early.

Perfect stay. Super clean, comfy bed, excellent location for our next day landing at Skellig Michael. Our hosts were friendly, and even provided a delicious chocolate pastry and scone. It was a wonderful stay !

As it was self catering we ate our usual food. Bridget is a natural hostess- we were made so welcome from the first moment. Ideal location to catch the boat out to Sceilg Michael.

Magnificent views and wonderful walks just down the road. The apartment had everything for a lovely stay, plenty of pots and very nice scones , with butter and jam left by the host, nice hot shower, comfy bed...pleasant and friendly hosts...perfect.

The only thing we didn't like was having to leave at the end of our stay.

On arrival we were met by Bridget, our hostess who showed us around. The apartment was bright, well maintained and spotlessly clean, warm and cosy. It came with a very well equipped kitchen with everything one could need for a short break. There were complementary scones and milk in the fridge. We were made feel most welcome by Bridget and her husband. They even offered to drive us if at any point we wanted to go for a drink in nearby Portmagee. The property is located in a quiet area with stunning views. There is plenty to do and see nearby i.e. Valentia Island, Portmagee, the Kerry Cliffs, Cahersiveen.

We loved everything so there's nothing we didn't like.

Warm welcome from the hosts and they make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Dog and cats that are so sweet. but never bother. A 2 minutes drive to Portmagee or a 5-10 minutes walk. Super clean apartment with everything you possibly could need during your stay. Kitchen with all the equipment you need (in case you don't want to go to the pub in Portmagee) . Definitely coming back!

The place was extremely cosy, clean and well-equipped with everything needed. Beautiful little nest for a few day's trip. The owners are very nice and kind people!!! They met us when we arrived, showed us everything and left us homemade scones and carrot cake :) That was lovely!

The mattress on the bed was too soft for me. It may be a little uncomfortable for people with back pain.

Gorgeous little cottage attached to the main house. Everything we needed was right there. The host made us very welcome including the provision of scones.

Nothing, although our preference is for a larger bed, but, it seems rare to find a queen or king- sized bed in Europe.

Location to the town of Portmagee. Nice space as an efficiency apartment, very clean, lots of hot water, Bridget was a lovely welcoming hostess . Very close to Valentina Island which was a nice area to tour around.

The apartment exceeded our expectations! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean (cleaner than many hotels I've stayed at). We loved the scones. It's also conveniently located only 5 minutes drive from the Portmagee port.

Nothing. There is nothing not to like.

What a fabulous place! First, the hostess, Bridget, is so nice, welcoming, and friendly "anything you need, let me know!" It felt like a "welcome home!" The place is in fact an apartment joined to the house where the hosts live. It's small but really well thought out: first a kitchen/living room, then a nice-sized bathroom, and a bedroom. Bridget had real coffee grounds - and scones - ready for me upon my arrival! Towels galore!! And the bed was so comfy with a thick comforter. Even though it was windy and cool, I slept with the windows opened a crack as I was so comfy in bed. The location is within an 8min walk from the village of Portmagee, yet away from the tourists. I just loved staying there!

Everything was spot on. Fantastic and very comfortable apartment. Warm and cosy with every amenity we could wish for. Nice views as well. Very well placed if you are planning a boat trip to the Skellig Islands.
