The outside dining area on the marina was fabulous. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. Great value for money

Starters far too expensive (Bruschetta 9euro crazy/Brie the same. Toast only bread selection for breakfast we would have liked croissants/chocolate chip ones well my wee girl loves to see those. Fruit selection would be nice. I would have preferred family room or interconnecting room and probably would be cheaper for family also. However as we were only doing two nights none of this mattered too much we enjoyed our wee break but would pay more attention again when booking things.

Food was tasty and freshly cooked breakfast. Breakfast cereals were Kellogg's that was nice well that is what we generally use. Tennis court nice option, place was pretty quiet , no queue or hassle at any time.

From the time we arrived and were met by Colette on reception we felt assured that all COVID protocols were in place and thoroughly followed. She was excellent at her job and deserves high praise, she even called us by name every time we passed reception. Extremely professional. The remainder of the all female staff we met while having lunch and a few drinks on the terrace were all very polite and very efficient at their jobs. We returned later in the evening for a few drinks inside which was also great. Breakfast was delicious and service wonderful. Overall a great stay. Will defo be returning.

I was in room 207 and at 3 am ish there was awful racket outside my window with bottles being emptied and dustbins now it was a warm night and my window was open but the noise was awful and went on until 4 even when I closed the window I could hear the racket got it hard to get back to sleep Shirley this could be done at another time

We found the room walls very thin you can hear everything from the room next door .

Colette on reception was no nice and helping with anything we needed.ie room plus tourists places to visit. The hotel is well placed for travellers and lovely view's. Highly recommended.

Slow at serving food. Asked 6 times for a blackcurrant and my fella had to go and get it himself. And there was hardly anyone in the restaurant at the time. Receptionist was so friendly and welcoming

The room which was sold as a deluxe KING ROOM was a real disappointment it was so small no room for your luggage The wardrobe was the smallest I ever saw and the 4 drawers were in the wardrobe which made it smaller plus the ironing board Its a long time since I have been so disappointed with a room The rooms in medjugorje are far ahead of this

I believe the hotel to be overpriced. It is 3 star with 10 bedrooms of which were very dated. The carpet and furniture could be doing with an upgrade. We were told that it was very warm in the bedrooms so no heating was on. It was really uncomfortable at night and difficult to sleep. Maybe a fan could have been in the room or offered. The steam from the bathroom set the fire alarm off when you opened the bathroom door. No extraction fan in the bathroom. This may seem trivial to some however, When you pay that amount of money you expect comfort in your surroundings.

The location is excellent as it is easy to find and overlooks a lovely Marina. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. The food was really nice and the service was excellent however we did have to wait almost an hour to eat. Cleanliness is incredible with hand sanitiser everywhere and a one way system. The outdoor seating overlooked the Marina.

Camp bed was not comfortable Breakfast could have been better. Food was cooked a long time. For example. The white pudding looked like black pudding and was hard. Sausages were the same. But on our last day Friday food was lovely.
