The pull out couch wasn’t very comfortable and I wish we could have turned the tv gallery off.

We especially loved the sky garden and all the beautiful pathways!!! And everyone was so kind and helpful.

The following didn't bother me but might bother others Didn't realise our room was in Lakehouse which is situated a good trek from Main House Phone/Internet service very poor at Lakehouse Room phone not functional No fridge in Room. Parking for Lakehouse Accomodation was down a steep driveway and anyone with mobility/fitness issues would seriously struggle. No milk with tea/coffee facilities AC not controllable Speed ramps need to be painted up with florescent paint as difficult to see them...well notified by sign but hard to spot. One dressing gown in bathroom.

The Mews room was well appointed but sadly a little small for us with our dog. We regretted not staying longer!

Delighted to be so warmly welcomed. It was great to receive a glass of bubbly on arrival too. We went to the Sky Garden which was fantastic. Amazing grounds to walk (for us and our dog!). Dinner in the Garden restaurant was superb. Highly recommended. The service was excellent and attentive. The food delicious and the cocktails were had out of this world!

What a place. We visited at Easter and arrived to a Lindt chocolate bunny and teddy bear on the bed. Gorgeous, peaceful, location with a lake and stunning walks. Felt like I was sleeping in a modern downton abbey. I will definitely be back.

Honestly everything was exceptional, the welcome we received, the lovely staff, the gorgeous estate house which felt like it was ours for the weekend, the grounds, sauna, Sky Garden and of course the comfy beds. We left feeling so relaxed and are still floating on air. The blue skies and sunshine helped too!

WiFi and phone service wasn’t great in our room

Staff were so helpful and kind. They made us feel at home and answered any questions we had. The room was immaculate and very luxurious. We will definitely recommend to everyone we know and we would love to visit Liss Ard Estate again.

Stunning grounds with a beautiful Manor House and scenic surroundings. We stayed in the lake house which had lovely views of the grounds and lake. Staff were really attentive and welcoming, which thoroughly added to the experience with their friendliness. Dinner in the garden restaurant was excellent! All drinks were lovely in the bar and the ambience of the house was really warm, they also turned on the rugby match and were very obliging. Overall 10/10, will be returning!

An absolutely breathtaking locale, the driveway alone sets the tone for an exceptional experience. The space is nothing short of fabulous, with my personal highlight being the cocktail bar and dining room—both exuding grandeur through their simple yet elegant decor. Immaculately clean, the atmosphere is warm and cozy, creating a welcoming retreat. The staff, exemplifying superlative hospitality, were not only helpful but also exceptionally kind. Additionally, Irene, the lady who works there, is absolutely amazing and incredibly welcoming. Her presence added an extra touch of warmth to an already outstanding stay.

The Location and grounds of the hotel are really outstanding with a lovely walk down to the lake. They also accommodate less mobile guests by providing `golf carts` for easy access to the grounds. Very friendly and helpful staff. We also found the food to be excellent, The rooms very comfortable, clean and well maintained. We had a very relaxing stay.

The staff were more than welcoming, the bedroom was a good size, perfectly clean and everything felt like it was of the highest standard. Mary, on the reception desk was the perfect host- welcoming, kind, and well organized. She went out of her way to make us feel at home and made sure we didn't feel out of place with our 11month old. The food was the best food we've had in a long long time and we couldn't recommend it highly enough. We will definitely be returning to liss ard estate, without a doubt.
