My boyfriend and I stayed in a cabin over the weekend. We were very pleased, the cabins were warm, clean, comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and understanding. We were passing through the city and stopped in a cabin for the night to rest after a long journey and set off on a long journey again. And we had a wonderful rest, and I’m also sure that this place is perfect for a long vacation too.

Loved everything about the property.

This is the 2nd time I’ve had the absolute pleasure of staying here at the Log Cabin. Edita and her staff are so welcoming and accommodating. The cabin is really beautiful and comfortable. The hot tub is also such a bonus and has the most lovely views too. Highly recommend. Thanks again Edyta. I will be back again!

Second time staying here in 2 months and I will definitely be back again. Its so peaceful nice pub 2 minute walk a fridge to keep your beers cool. Netflix, prime and YouTube in the cabin. And a full continental breakfast what more could you want

Everything was fine. The host was very nice, polite and friendly. The house is clean, cozy and warm. Quiet place. You can rent a hot tube. Close to big cities like Kells, Navan, Virginia.

Very helpful hosts, and it is also a lovely and quiet location. At 32 weeks pregnant it was lovely and comfortable and a spacious log cabin too. Continental breakfast was delicious.

Friendly welcoming hosts. Cosy comfortable cabin. Beautiful scenery. Relaxing hottub. Breakfast in the fridge and cupcakes and fruit were a nice touch. Pet friendly. Well insulated. Netflix on the TV. Will definitely be back.

Cozy cabins with very friendly and welcoming hosts. Dogs are welcome and the resident dogs are adorable. We arrived on a cold February evening to a warm log cabin. The cabin is well laid out with Kitchen facilities, bedroom and private bathroom. There is a lawn to the front of the cabins and hot tub available (at extra cost). Continental breakfast is included and Bread, cheese and cold meats also available in the fridge. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at a tranquil location. The host was very helpful in ammending the booking dates after we had to cancel the original dates.

More towels needed if you are using the hot tub, but you could probably request these, so not a big deal.

Absolutely amazing place. Lovely and quite and lovely set up down to the cabins. Very magical. We arrived on a very cold frosty evening and place was lovely and cosy and having some food there was a real extra bonus for our breakfast with fresh orange juice, cereal and some other bits and bobs. Bed was comfy. Not overly spacious but for a cabin it was perfect. I’d recommend the stay if your looking for a cheap get away.

We were at a wedding in Clonabreany house and Edita was kind enough to drop us to the venue when we arrived to check in. Rooms were lovely and warm. Would totally recommend anyone to stay here!

Was located near enough to Causey farm which was what we wanted. Was surprised at how good it actually was!! The place was so clean & warm. The little touches put in by the host were excellent. I couldn’t believe the facilities packed in!! There was a fridge, toaster, microwave & kettle. All the plates & cutlery you would need & a bbq outside. Although we stayed in October so never got to use this or the hot tub. The garden outside was so pretty too. I wasn’t expected much considering what we paid but I was very impressed. Really hope we get to stay here again because it really is a gem.

I personally found the cabin very warm however there was a fan provided. When arriving in the dark the sign for the accommodation is not lit up making it hard to read.

No checking in, key was left in the door of the log cabin for arrival and when stay was over key to be left in the door again - ideal if unsure of exact time of arrival. Continental breakfast was left in log cabin, plenty to choose from, cereals, breads, tea/coffee, butter and jam left beside microwave, toaster, kettle and dishes/cutlery, water, milk, cheese and cooked meats were in the fridge, plenty for an overnight stay. TV in cabin had free use of apps ie Prime Video/Netflix along with local TV Channels, free WiFi also provided. Cabin was very comfortable with heating if needed. Parking onsite with a short walk down a gravy path (which was light at night) to log cabin.
