The bathroom could do with an update, the sink didn’t seem to be completely clean.

The staff were friendly, free parking, spacious and well presented room, comfortable bed and walking distance to eyre square etc.

Buffet food was a just warm. Coffee wasn't great.

The rooms and the hotel are spotless. Easy to check in and out. The food in the bar was lovely. Breakfast is a buffet, plenty of choice, but some of the food was just warm. They had different tables set for breakfast and lunch, which was disappointing that you couldn't sit where you wanted. They seem to sit people as near the door as possible, which isn't ideal. I found staff were hovering too, taking away your plates the minute you'd finished. Staff were pleasant, but all seemed under pressure. The bar/restaurant isn't very relaxing. There is nothing wrong with the hotel, but there are nicer more relaxed hotels nearby. Free parking was a bonus.

The elevator did not work well (it did not go to our floor). Our daughter, who is disabled, had to descend with difficulty and very slowly. It's good that we were only in the hotel for one night.

When we got there at 2.00 we asked for some bar food and we were told the bar did not open until 4.00 o'clock and food wouldn't be served until 5.00. I said the display menus say that the bar food is open from 12.00 . The lady at the desk said we were closed and the staff are only back at work for 4.00 o'clock. I would have liked to know this before as we could have got something to eat on the way down from Dublin. We walked into the city and got served food in the Strand Hotel.

The rooms were too cold and we couldn't work the ac in the room. The fitness suite was tiny and would only be comfortable for 1 person or 2 in there. The bar lacked proper seating. Bar staff not clued in for taking drink orders and giving proper service. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion in the room.

I liked the Christmas decorations. I liked that they put our family rooms across from each other. The rooms were nice and big and comfortable. Good Black out blinds and shower. TV channels were great.

The view was not very scenic, as pedestrians could be seen below the window and could easily see through the room unless curtains were closed.

We got one half of a double room for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids). There was only a locked door between the 2 rooms, and therefore everything could be heard from the other room. This was very inconvenient if the kids could hear what's going on in the other room, where a noisy couple was staying at the same time.

Disappointed with quality of steak dinner on first night. Too stringy.Only reason we ate some of it was due to the fact the we were hungry after many hours of travel. Our server was apologetic and indicated that she would advise the Chef. As a result we dined out the two following evenings.

Good sized room. Well laid out. Clean bright comfortable. Breakfast each morning was great ,plenty of variety. Dining staff very friendly and attentive..Bed was very comfortable, Spotless. (3) Great nights sleep.

daily supplies as bottle water and coffee could have been done better, we had to ask for the water for the 2nd night.

All young staff. And no guidance from older staff . The Christmas trees were just slapped up and coffee table we sat at , still had our used glassware on it 5 hrs later . No glasses for our drinks , they had to wash them . Each round took 40 mins to an hour. It was a disaster but out of control of the young staff, ye need to look after the staff better and support them while they learn the roll . If we knew we could have stayed in the city . Management need to manage and support staff and get out of the office and sort out the tables and look after the guests.

The only thing was for a superior room I would have liked a dresser or dressing table. Other than that perfect.

The Bar closed at 12am on the friday nite which we thought was very early for a weekend night and you could only use your Credit Card after 11pm no cash.

Lovely quiet Room, very comfi bed, plenty of Towels in the Bathroom and provided Shower Gel. Nice choice for Breakfast, you could choose whatever from the Hot Buffet & Cold Meats.
