Great location on the edge of Roscommon Town, very quiet and peaceful surrounded by trees and lovely grounds. Nice breakfast in picturesque breakfast room. Rooms very quiet at night. Yea, coffee and biscuits in room!

My room was very close to the kitchen/restaurant and the hall where the staff were working with the cutlery (making a lot of noise) for the meals.When I arrived the kitchen door was open and when I was in my room I could hear the staff talking, moving plates and cutlery. In the morning (6am) I could hear the staff in the hallway down the hall, talking and working with the cutlery. I was very surprised with this set up in a 4 star hotel. The hotel should let the customer know that the room was situated in a hall where they would have to walk past staff working with plates and cutlery that make a lot of noise. Also, one time I left my room and one of staff that was working in the hall stopped working to watch me walk out of my room. Not what I expected in a 4 star hotel.i was very surprised and disappointed with this set up.

The access to the leisure centre is via flights of stairs and if you have health issues etc or walking aid this could be problematic..

The effort the kitchen made with the afternoon tea for my dietary needs. They were stíll so creative it was amazing! The leisure centre was great, the food was amazing and the hotel really looked after us!

The leisure staff who were conducting lessons not the reception. It didn't help there were swimming lessons and there was no room for residents to swim as others were raki g up whole lane

The bathroom has a see-through curtain with no lock either.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired but the ground of the property are beautiful. You can easily walk to the town. It was a nice mid stop on our way to Northern Ireland.

The staff was top notch! After a long dark drive from Galway dinner was over but the staff jumped on the phone and ordered us a pizza without us even asking! Amazing

The property is tired and in need of an update to both public areas and bedrooms. The meal we had in the bar was beautifully cooked but the menu was very limited and did not match the wider menu shown on line.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The bedroom large and comfortable.

It is the first time ever that a hotel I stayed in did not have a plug point beside the bed. I needed one to plug in a medical device.
