Was a very busy weekend with the hotel at full capacity but breakfast was very disorganised although staff still very polite

Bed was not very comfortable this time and staff was not friendly. There were not rude, but it seemed they didn’t mind how was my stay there.

I really like the reception area but l felt that the atmosphere could really be enhanced with taller more ornate colourful lamps

The buffet breakfast as a vegetarian I did find it limited and could do with being modernised an give vegetarians more options than just beans, eggs an mushrooms

We paid for an upgraded room and it was lovely and modern and clean. We had dinner in the bar, and the food was nice, the hotel is in the middle of being renovated We did go to a friends room and it was one of the older rooms and we definitely found the extra money for the upgrade was worth it. Nice friendly hotel. We would visit again

Booked a twin room with two single beds, got a twin room with two double beds, nice surprise. Beds were really comfortable, great nights sleep. Room was spacious, and hotel was quiet.

Probably the “ Floor Numbers Confusion “ there’s only 3 stories but 6 floors ??? Very very “Irish “ 🤣😂😅👍☘️🥰🇮🇪🎶 equals a lot of stairs here and there ⚠️ But it’s still a wonderful place to stay 👍👍👍👍

The sheer beauty of the entrance and the immediate ambiance of a quality “ Irish ☘️ Hotel “ 👏👏👏🇮🇪 BUT there is a problem and that is the stairs everywhere ‼️‼️ narrow old fashioned staircases are a huge letdown as they are almost impossible to ignore 😳 and it’s very obvious that they have just gone through a huge redevelopment which has left some confusion amongst the guests . For example, we were on the 5th. Floor which meant taking the elevator to the 6 th. imaginary floor then down a lot of narrow stairs to get to the 5th. Floor 🤣😂😅 funny now but not funny then ?? We got the room changed to the 6th. ?? and proceeded to enjoy this beautiful hotel and it’s fabulous decor and incredible ambiance and fantastic staff who were sooo understanding and helpful 🥰🥰 ( a lot of “ands” 😂🤣)

In our room there was a constant noise during the night. Nothing to make our stay really uncomfortable but was not great to have that there.

The room was big and clean. Food at the bar was very good. Leisure centre facilities was really good.

The breakfast. Not labelled the food. Example,. Beckon..,was smoky beckon which I detast ,an I put it on my plate not realising,an it flavoured the rest of my food . Also found the food to be very cold , could do with using hot plates. In saying this there was a fantastic selection ,an staff where so friendly.

The room we were given was a student room and it was very small (we didn’t book this room we had paid for a normal double room)

Modern bar staff can’t seem to multitask. An acknowledgement though that they see you and will be taking my order in a minute would be good. The blind stare perfected by all of the bar staff . Would hate to see it if the bar was busy . One of the receptionist was the same . First encounter we put down to her being at the end of a long shift maybe but she was as grumpy the following morning

I hadent a great sleep as I woke up with a sore neck and the sound of traffic. If I had known I would have closed the windows before I went to bed.

It was an amazing stay with a great breakfast and friendly staff. The room was very spacious and clean.

As we travelled by bus, a walk from bus to Hotel & to town, approx 15 - 20 mins. Kettle was not working but was quickly replaced by courteous staff member.

Large Conference Centre Hotel. Room was good, kettle in room, bed comfortable. Bathroom included bath, clean. Hotel opposite shops, supermarket &cafe. A few tour buses also staying at Hotel so can be busy during check in / out. Breakfast staff helpful, breakfast variety.
