Mary was a lovely host. She met us on arrival and whenever we returned after a day's exploration! She was attentive, an excellent conversationalist and always prepared to go that little bit further to meet our needs. One of the questions above asked whether this property was a romantic place to stay. I said yes though, at my age, I'm not sure I'd know what present 'romance' means! Geoffrey, the friendly dog, added to the enjoyment!

Nothing it was perfect for a one night stay. It's a bit far out but I knew that when booking.

Mary was a lovely host. Very friendly and hospitable which is always nice for me when visiting a place. The breakfast was delicious in the morning and she stopped to chat to us which was great. Clean and tidy place. There is a dog there but we love dogs so no problem for either myself and my wife.

Nothing, everything was perfect

Merry made us feel very comfortable and it was all perfect for our short stay at N 8. Breakfast was delicious! Merry prepared it for us earlier than usual as we had an early flight. The house was lovely and the facilities in the room perfect. Very quiet place too. I would recommend this place if you are flying from Knock :-)

The host was excellent, kind and helpful. She even drove us from the airport because we missed the bus. We greatly appreciate her willingness and helpfulness. The accommodation was clean, we had privacy and a great breakfast.

I can’t get used to not having a sheet as well as comforter. The comforter was too much and caused sweating at night.

The included breakfast was a real bonus—cooked fresh for us! Delicious!

Not a lot really - maybe a sign off the main road/street to show where the B7B is.

we had an early morning flight and so had to leave by 6.30am and therefore too early for breakfast. However, Mary offered us the use of the kitchen to make a slice of toast as well as fresh milk to make a cup of tea. Mary also accommodated a last minute request from us for an additional room - for which we were very grateful.

We loved it all

The owner Mary was so very helpful, kind & generous to us both. We had a great sleep in the cosy en-suite bedroom given to us. And it was wonderful that No.8 is so close to Knock Airport. Thank you Mary for all your help. We would highly recommend a stay at this lovely home.

The bedroom and bathroom were clean. The hostess very nice and the breakfast was delicious. The atmosphere was wonderfully down to earth and the look was as you would expect your favourite aunt's house to be. Nothing glamorous, but just good. We would love to come back again!!! No complaints at all.

The breakfast was a full English/Irish fry with fruit, cereals, juices ..etc.. The proprieteress Mary is a delight and her place is a proper home from home. Slept so well ..... wonderful bed. All facilities are excellent. Geoffrey the dog is a real star. He only barks to let you know he's there.... mainly once. But he's lovely and friendly.

No 8 was an idela spot for us to break the journey travelling from the west back towards Dublin, and is certainly very handy if flying from Knock airport. The room was fine and breakfast was lovely with a very friendly host.
