The hotel was a little difficult to find. Maybe more adequate signage might help? Also, we couldn't figure out how to operate the shower (you might have to explain how to operate it to some of your guests.)

The hotel grounds and facilities were gorgeous and the staff were very nice, helpful, and patient with us. The breakfast was AMAZING. Our room was very nicely outfitted with an impressive tea service.

Breakfast Dine in service. Menu of breakfast. Normally there is self service in hotels but here you have to wait to take it from staff. Gym was not really a gym.Only one tread mill,one Broken gym cycle and weight.

Staff was very nice. Room was warm although AC was there but Min possible was 17 degree, as it was very hot day, on request they provide us a table fan. so sweet. Breakfast room service was good. Breakfast dine in service was not satisfied.

Ordered beer battered fish and cut fries from the menu and got fish from a packet and same with the fries. Ordered a pint of Guinness and it got slammed on the table beside me frightening the life out of me. I realise this probably wasn't intentional as staff were very polite over all

Room was not great. No toilet paper holder, hand held shower did not work properly, broken hook on bathroom door. Carpet in hallway was ripped and a tripping hazard. This is definitely not a 4* hotel as advertised. And it was more expensive, by far, than other, much better places we stayed. It's clear the infrastructure needs work. Also there was agroup of very loud people partying just outside our room until 2am. So noisy, could not sleep.

We stayed in room 254, grand room only thing to let it down was bathroom door wouldn't lock or close properly, was very disappointed with that, I know was meself an my husband an we together just 20 year, but I still like my privacy in bathroom an so do he.. now only a minor thing to some people, but did disapoint me an husband, for 4 star would expect it to be in workin order.

Some areas of hotel needed attention to detail. Lamps in room dusty, walls were scuffed marked which made them look dirty in places. Venetian blinds were dusty in hallway area.

Despite check out being 12 noon, when we arrived back to room after breakfast (around 10.05am), there were cleaning materials sitting on either side of our room door. Then approximately 10 minutes later the door knocked and it was housekeeping! It felt like we were being evicted from our room early! We were finishing packing and left about 5 minutes later! Also, a nice touch would have been to have bottled water in room, just a suggestion. A coffee machine would be a bonus (only saying as I don’t drink instant coffee)!

Noise from neighbours- children running around hotel corridors after 10pm.

Room was clean, with the added bonus of an outdoor terrace (an outdoor table/chairs would be a good addition). Breakfast good, staff excellent.

Outdoor area was very nice and relaxing, especially at night time. Great selection of drinks at the bar. Hotel room was a decent size and the bed was extremely comfortable
