The actual physical address wasn’t available so getting a cab was very interesting…

Great location. Loved that it had 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. Short walk to restaurants and Hop-On/off bus routes.

I did not like the entryway. It was very dirty and made a bad first impression. The apartment was also hot with only one fan. When we left the windows open, the area was very noisy until about three in the morning.

The apartment was clean and the space was sufficient.

Reception switched us from the Parnell apartments to the Lafayette Building. We weren't happy that there was a switch at the last minute, but were satisfied with the accommodations at the Lafayette apartment. We booked the Parnell and expected to get what we booked, not to be switched the day we arrived. We were told that the Lafayette was actually larger and in a better location than Parnell. We never saw what the Parnell apartments looked like in person. All my comments are for the Lafayette apartment.

Easy to find and access building

It was not the most comfortable stay, as the furniture looked a bit run down, the sleeper couch was very squeaky, there were no fans provided for the heat and the building the apartment was situated was very dirty

The location is perfect and the apartment did have all the kitchen utilities and other essentials you need

Bed was bad. They only left 2 small rolls of toilet tissue for a 4 night stay. The directions from the office to the apartment were not good. We parked one night in their parking garage, but could not unload bags at apartment before parking. To get in and out of garage you had to tell the office. The couch was very worn with the beds were sagging in the middle.

Apartment inside was clean, however the corridors and entrance to the building not so clean... A bit noisy but it is a city center, so we were not surprised. During check-in we were requested for deposit, despite it was not in the booking offer, but we clarified this.

Good location in the city center, keys are to be collected at reception in different building which is few minutes walk. The apartment was not prepared with linen on all the beds, but person from reception helped us with everything (thank you!). Tesco store, tram/ bus stops, pubs and restaurants were nearby.

The appartment wasn't prepared for our party. Sheets for the sofa bed were not provided on arrival despite notifying the hosts of our party size in advance. When we rang the office we were told they would be delivered shortly. But we had to call twice and they were finally delivered the next day!!!

Sofa bed was really uncomfortable. Apartment could have used simple things like salt and pepper, dish rags, sponges. A fair amount of street noise.

    Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen.

it’s very dated and the furniture quite worn - it makes the place look unclean - which it’s not. the location of the office to pick up keys is also quite daunting as it’s down a small lane and felt quite intimidating. the main door is opened with the same key you open your flat door with so we felt really unsafe in case all keys opened all doors.

actual apartment is in a great location and was very clean when we arrived. fully equipped with all essentials in kitchen and nice touches like body wash, tea bags, washing up liquid and bin bags are provided.

The elevator and halls were dirty and not cleaned during our stay. On our last night the fire alarm went off due to a false alarm interrupting our sleep. After a long wait I managed to silence the alarm and eventually somebody came and delt with the alarm. For future reference, the fire alarm control panel is by the front door of the building and to silence the alarm there is a code by the control panel, insert the code and then press silence alarm.

The apartment was nice and clean and had everything that we needed for our stay.

I asked for 2 double beds as 2 out of the 4 of us are pregnant, however we were given 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. Sofa bed was old and dipped in so not that comfy. There were also ants in the bathroom and not even tea & coffee provided for 4 people across 3 nights. TV has limited channels too but not the end of the world.

The location was great, about a 5-10 minute walk to Temple Bar. Lots of shops nearby aswell such as Tesco, Lidl and Aldi. McDonald's, burger King and KFC literally across the road, tram stop across the road and plenty of taxis nearby.
