The coffee machine in room 609 did not work and the shower head in the bath also did not work

Had dinner in the bistro and the food was fantastic. The cocktails were a little expensive. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of food choice and accomodated for all types of morning foods. Played the golf course. Course in fantastic condition, speed of play was very slow however.

I didn’t enjoy my breakfast as my poached eggs on avocado toast was covered in a horrid red sauce!

This is a beautiful property that I have visited before but never stayed there. Our room Was comfortable and had all we needed. Our evening meal was lovely. I liked the Espa products in the bathroom

We purposely walked to Enniskerry, using the map of the area as we were told there was a courtesy bus on the hour to return. We had to call four times and the bus eventually arrived at half past the hour. This is the only negative during our stay.

What a wonderful place. The standard here is a cut above the rest. Excellent staff, immaculate, stunning views, gorgeous food, beautiful cocktails and a general level of relaxation unmatched elsewhere.

Everything, from arrival to departure. Venue, Room, Facilities, Staff 10/10. Views are exceptional. The venue is unique, as is the location, set in the heart of the Wicklow mountains and steeped in history and nature.

Very beautiful grounds, hotel and rooms. The pool and Hammam suite were incredible. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was exceptional.

The room had a few issues such as mould in the shower and previous guests hairs here and there which wasn't very pleasant. Our coffee machine was also broken an leaked everywhere. No turn-down service. Nothing dramatic, just little things that I would expect at a 5star hotel.

The room was grand and spacious. The spa and facilities were beautiful and quiet and the complimentary shuttle service to the local village was greatly appreciated. Powerscourt House and Gardens are definitely worth a visit and only next door.

Didn't like 4pm check-in. If there was a 3pm check-in, it would allow lunch at the hotel before check-in.When check-in is at 4pm its a bit too late.

This hotel really is 5 star at everything,service, food,staff,comfort,facilities. Wonderful 2 night stay and did not want for anything.Dinner was delicious, and in room dining for the 2nd night was so relaxing and decadent. Al a carte breakfast menu as well as a buffet breakfast meant that all tastes were catered for.

The breaksfast was excellent with a lovely buffet and an a l carte menu to choose from. The spa was lovely and we ate dinner at the Sally Gap which was also good - pit y there is no view from the restaurant. Very friendly staff

One of the towels in the bathroom was stained with makeup. Sweets on floor under bed. Conditioner bottle was empty in the shower. Nespresso machine often flashing red and not working. No one at reception to greet us when we arrived. Stairs to the room were slightly grubby with strong smell of must.

Both the pool and the jacuzzi were too cool, there weren’t enough beds around the pool and the spa was a little shabby in places (peeling paint, loose drain covers etc). There’s a gap in the food options for snack-like food such as soup and toasted sandwiches.

Outstanding breakfast - lots of variety and great quality ingredients. Helpful and friendly staff - always willing to go the extra mile, professional with a refreshing authenticity that’s often missing from high end hotels. Comfortable and spacious room.
