Could hear the other guests late at night on a couple of nights in the opposite room. Would still highly recommend was unlucky they wasn’t aware/respectful.

Really enjoyed my stay. Great comfy room and facilities plus very easy check in. Also nice touch with the snacks. Brilliant location in the town which I loved, as enjoyed walking round town. Love Kenmare!

Because of my husbands health issue a room on a lower floor would have been a preference. The owners, however, were not informed of this issue prior to or during our stay.

The location was excellent right in Kenmare but in a quiet lane/street. Studio was spotlessly clean with everything one would need for a self-catering holiday.

There was not one thing that I did not like about the property.

The room was very large. It was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Every detail was thought of. There were so many additional items that usually don’t come in a regular hotel room since there was a kitchenette in the room. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It was exceptional. We talked to Kristin briefly because I hadn’t seen my email yet for “check-in.” She was delightful and helpful.

Rookery Lane Food and Lodging did not include breakfast even though they had a restaurant downstairs. However, this was listed in their description.

Right in downtown Kenmare, walking distance to church, had a kitchenette with glassware, fridge, coffee pot and a spacious bathroom. Water pressure was unbelievable and hot water was immediate.

The facilities were lovely. You get a discount in their cafe below when you stay. It's completely self-catered so you can arrive at anytime! Bed was lovely. Tea, sugar, coffee, and milk in the room, very comfortable and nice sized apartment. Shower was lovely. Fantastic cebtral location with lots of free parking nearby.

Great location, comfortable, modern rooms convenient to everything in kenmare. Everything was perfect for the few nights we were there for. Downstairs is a lovely cafe where a discount is given if staying there. We didn't meet any staff as it's self check in but any message we sent was replied to promptly and answered with clear instructions in a friendly manner. Our room was huge with a nice lounge area and kitchenette which was very handy. Would be very happy to stay here again.

Noisy neighbours! Unfortunately other guests staying at the same time were very noisy and insisted on banging doors and shouting between the rooms on the first and second floor.
