The house is located in a spectacular location. The view from my room couldn't have been better. Waking up the the blue wild Atlantic and the roar of waves amplifies your rejoice. Breda is such an amazing woman, sweet and amiable. Don't forget to taste the amazing cheese omelette that Breda makes. I would recommend everyone to spend some time at Sandycove.

The view from this B&B was unbelievable. The premises had a beautiful sandy cove just opposite and the breakfasts were freshly cooked with lovely local ingredients.

Not one single thing

The scenery was spectacular!! I loved everything about the place. It was beautiful inside and out. The owner was very courteous and helpful. She made me feel right at home. I wish that I could have stayed longer but I wanted to see as much of Ireland as I could. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. When I come back to Ireland, this will definitely be the place that I want to stay.

The B&B is slightly isolated, with shops & restaurants only at driving distance... which is either a good or a bad thing depending on your whishes.

The views are amazing, nice & cosy room with a view. A joy to return to at the end of the day. Nice staff.

We had the most wonderful stay at Sandycove Bed & Breakfast. The view was absolutely incredible, overlooking the sea and cliffs. A small beach was located directly across from the B&B. Breda, the host, was incredibly accommodating and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be returning!

We had an amazing stay at Sandycove B&B thanks to our wonderful hosts. The place has one of the most incredible views in Ireland, super comfy beds, was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was to die for. We can't wait to return.

As we usually have a superking size bed, I was rather unused to the double bed. The ensuite while fab is rather on the small side but great to have it.

The house is lovely and the location is fantastic with great views and we went swimming in the sea just across the road down to a small cover. Was really lovely.

Its a family owned property like 'Chesapeake Shores' (we love the series) We enjoyed the views from our room. Sitting by the bed gazing through the sunset was an experience on its own. Property had access to sandycove. Room was clean, fresh linen was provided, beautifully designed bathroom. Special mention-Breakfast and Coffee were delicious. Both Anita and Jamie were accommodative of our requirements. Beautiful Dining hall with the most amazing views to the Atlantic. We even spotted seals now and then 😊 100% recommendation to this property if you're planning on visiting West Cork.

Stunningly beautiful place. I toured the whole of Ireland and this was my favourite out of all the accommodations I used. Its in such a breath taking location, it was the best breakfast id had with the best view, the room was spotlessly clean and warm, great sleep, lovely friendly informative host.

Fantastic views at the b&b when having breakfast. The breakfast itself was amazing full irish, salmon & cream cheese, yogurts, cereal all on offer. Breda the host was amazing and a great chat. The beach a stones throw away was perfect to go on a morning swim.

Breda is an incredible host and it was an absolute pleasure chatting with her and getting the local insights! It was just perfect for us, very very clean, and in a stunning location. Castletownshend neaby is a great spot to check out, Mary Anns, and the bar just up the hill from it.
