Very helpful and welcoming owners. So nice and really go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant stay and get well on your way when you need to leave. Breakfast is also delicious, prepared by one of the owners who is a chef, and you can pick and choose from a menu with plenty of great options.

Everything far exceeded my expectations. Right in town, facing the sea, clean and cozy. A hot breakfast of your choosing cooked to order along with fresh pastries and toast included in total cost of stay. Fresh flowers on the tables even! Marie was lovely and extremely accommodating.

Great interior design. New, modern and full of taste and lovely scent. Cosy beds and a absolutely perfect bathroom. The breakfast was outstanding a la carte. Even for spoiled people a must in Waterville. The host was kind, friendly and very service orientated. We would stay there whenever we are in Waterville.

Brilliant view over the water. Beautiful clean, modern and comfortable room. Marie was a wonderful host, and the breakfast she provided was terrific (she even catered for my wife who has very challenging dietary requirements). Excellent value for money, highly recommend.

Seaclusion is quite simply the nicest place I've stayed in during my trip to Ireland. The room was beautiful and tasteful. Not too warm and beautifully quiet. The mattress was extremely comfortable. Bart was a lovely host and cooked a brilliant breakfast! Location central with a beautiful view!

My wife and I stayed at this guesthouse recently and it was absolutely outstanding, it was the best guesthouse we have stayed in to date. It has been newly renovated in a very modern and stylish way.
