It's at least 20 min by walk from the centre of cork.

The bedroom was big enough for two people to move around, and it was clean. The breakfast started at an early hour and it gave you the possibility to leave the building and visit the surrounding with plenty of time.

The management / staff were wonderful - really helpful as we were arriving late on bikes. Breakfast was great. Nice riverside spot out the back

It was a comfortable stay, and very near to UCC, which was important as I was attending an event.

I was content. There wasn't anything that I didn't like. The room was small, with a single bed, but it was clean and comfortable and had a window. En suite bathroom was spacious.

Location and river view at breakfast was pleasant. The breakfast was prepared nicely. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. They held my bag as I had arrived early, and on my last day they offered to dry my raincoat in the dryer after I was drenched and about to go to the airport. I appreciated that. The bathroom was clean and had a large tub with plenty of hot water.

Small detail but the shower was hand held which made it a bit harder to shower with but everything else was fantastic

Amazing location, breakfast was perfect, beautiful river out the back, it was clean and quiet.

The room was a bit small, but our window did have a nice view of the River.

We asked to leave our vehicle in their parking lot prior to check-in so that we could walk and explore. The staff were very compliant.

Shower was hard to figure our as two taps both controlling pressure and temperature and hard to get it right. Breakfast service was a little slow, we asked for tea about 4 times before we got it, as not many staff for the amount of guests. There was also no alternative/plant milk which is unusual in this day and age.

Location was great, very central and we could walk to the centre easily. Room and bathroom was spacious. We had seat by the river for breakfast and it was a lovely sunny day. Staff were friendly.

    Room was pretty small.

We were a bit surprised by how small the room was, but the breakfast room was lovely. The high rating is really for the staff. They were warm and friendly and made everything really lovely, and the coffee and breakfast were done to perfection.

Property backed onto the River Lee. Charming. Staff changed my room so I didn't have to climb two floors. Good breakfast. They organised free parking too. Easy to get buses into Cork City Centre.

Nothing - it couldn't have been better!

Staff very helpful from beginning to end, going over and above to make sure our needs were met. The location is ideal, along the river lee with lots of nature around. Our room was very spacious and comfortable and we even had a jacuzzi bath in our room, which was a nice surprise! Quiet with plenty of private car parking available, and close to the centre of Cork.

The Wi-Fi was terrible, didn't work half of the time. We had shower gel & shampoo, but no hand soap.

The room was small, but well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, we had a tray with tea & coffee and a kettle. The location was good, lovely neighbourhood.

It is a basic hotel - not somewhere you'd go for a romantic break but perfect if you are only using it to sleep.

The room and bathroom were both large, spacious and clean. I was attending a conference at UCC so the location was perfect.

Not much room to place and open our 2 suitcases.

I liked having the convenient ground floor unit, since stairs are a problem for me. Everything was clean and the common areas were welcoming. Breakfast was freshly prepared. Hosts were helpful and loaned us adaptor for our phone charger. Also allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout. Also I liked the proximity to the beautiful grounds of Cork University College.

Overpriced for one person. I dropped something on the floor behind a chair in a corner and it was very dirty when I retrieved it. The shower curtain was too short so water from the shower got on the bathroom floor. The shower ran scalding hot if a guest in another room flushed a toilet. I couldn't find the water dispenser mentioned in the room notes. The room was fine for 1 person but I think it would have felt small if there were 2.

It was grand I suppose. The bed and pillows were fine. I didn't have breakfast (there was an extra charge) but it smelled nice. My room was near the entrance and although I heard the door a few times in the night it wasn't overly noisy. Nice location in the city.

Shower curtain rail not fitted correctly. Reported it to the staff when leaving. It did not matter to my stay as there was a bath.

Well run Guest House with Karen and her cheerful team. Nice ambiance in the house set by the staff. Room and ensuite spotless. I enjoyed my freshly cooked breakfast in the dining room that overlooked a river. Lovely view to look out on in the morning. Set the tone for an enjoyable day in Cork city.
