Beautiful setting and lovely well equipped clean apartment

Carrying luggage up to the bedroom wasn't fun, no rack or table to place open luggage, only place to sit was dining table chairs.

There environment was fantastic, being around the thoroughbreds and seeing their foals was a real treat. The grounds were amazing including the gardens and the chainsaw sculptures. The tea house breakfast was convenient and great quality. We weren't able to take advantage of the three mile path around the property but it's definitely on our list next time. Many restaurants in Navan only a 10 minute drive.

The strange requirement to have to remotely unlock the exit doors from inside the unit to leave on a key pad.

TV reception was sketchy

The location is beautiful, the grounds are fabulous and a garden outside the apartments is lovely for sitting in. It is a working stud so the horses are being cared for 24/7 meaning there is activity during the day but this didn’t detract from our experience. The kitchen is well equipped and tea, coffee etc all provided Our apartment had a dining table and chairs and no separate sitting area - that was fine for us. The bedroom has good storage with hangers provided, so we were able to put all our items away Good sized shower room and good water pressure, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner all provided A separate team room is a short walk away through the grounds, again a lovely location, lots of outside seating. They offer a wide range of options for breakfast and lunch, we had breakfast which was very good. Really good coffee It is possible to walk around and see the horses and there were a couple of foals Navan is only about 10 mins away offering a selection of shops, restaurants and bars and Trim is around 15 mins away - another nice little town with castle

I’d love the option for dinner in the tea rooms as the food for lunch was so good however I understand the remote location might be a bit out of the way for people who aren’t staying. The kitchens in the apartments are also fully equipped to make a nice homemade meal and there’s plenty of takeaways around but would be nice to have something on site to dress up for and have a drink.

The area surrounding the apartments are stunning. We got a takeaway coffee on arrival and did the 3km walk surrounding the grounds. Perfect place to stay if you want a relaxing getaway but also close to the town for a night out. check in and out we’re so easy and really add to the experience. No other hotels in Navan compare I’m surprised this isn’t more popular for accommodation. Had Lunch in the tea rooms after check out and it was exceptional. Would definitely, and have been, recommending to all of my friends and family. The price is also very reasonable considering the cost of everything lately which is very appealing.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

We really appreciated the easy way of accessing the accommodation and clear instructions from staff. The accommodation had excellent heating and was beautifully furnished.

I stayed here with my husband and almost 2 year old boy. We were in the 2 bedroom apartment (which was just perfect) but we booked the 1 bed apartment for my mum and her partner. We hadn't realised that they would not have a living space (sofa/relaxing area). The downstairs in the one bed is a kitchen and dining table with loo and then upstairs it's a bedroom and ensuite. Again, all beautifully decorated and clean but would have been nice to have a place to relax and watch some TV/play games in more of a living room space. Luckily, they spent their time in our lovely apartment with its own separate living room so it was not a problem at all. I guess I just thought it was worth saying as I had missed this information in the apartment description and I would have been very disappointed if I had stayed in the 1 bed for a few nights without that relaxing space. It was absolutely lovely though, it's just that I book apartments, rather than hotels, to get that nice relaxing area rather than having to sit in your bedroom to unwind.

It was absolutely beautiful. The grounds were perfect and so peaceful. The rooms were beautifully decorated with everything we needed. Lovely towels, shampoo and conditioner and we were provided with tea, coffee and milk. We didn't really see the hosts but did have to contact them over the phone for something and they were extremely helpful and accommodating! The apartment was clean and tidy and super modern looking with lovely touches. My little boy loved looking at the horses around the grounds! The water feature to the back of the apartments looks amazing when lit up - a real wow factor! A lovely lovely stay, thank you.

Lovely spot! Apartment have all the amenities you need for your stay. The grounds are so well kept and beautiful. You can pop your head in to see the thoroughbred horses. Tea rooms werent open when we stayed but had heard it does a great breakfast and lunch

We used one of the recommended takeaway services (apache pizza) and the order completed but we waited a long time and it never arrived.

Lovely clean property in a beautiful setting. Grateful there was some basics to make tea and coffee as there are no shops close by.
