The location is not suitable for travel without car because it is a bit far away from bus station and it is not in the city center, If you are traveling by care, that is perfect.

There was breakfast but I did not have much time to be for breakfast. I like this house, it is luxury house, quiet and very nice place and very clean as well.

No chairs No bed side lamps Couldn't open the window. It was hot enough and then the heaters cam on. Stiflingly hot. No hair dryer Smelled smoke Tiny tiny shower. If you are any larger than a normal 70 to 75 Kg person don't take it. Needs another towel rail No toilet roll holder.

When being shown around, I was quickly herded through it as I was a bit later than expected due to work meeting. Wasn’t told where to find the WiFi password so had to hotspot the first night (found it taped to windowsill the next morning) - would have been nice to have known that during the initial evening but a minor inconvenience overall

Plenty of parking. Very good about letting me leave my car securely during the days and even in the last day after check out. Very responsive before I arrived in regards to same so from this point second to none service here 20 mins away from hospital and very close salt hill - good overall location. Clean large room with ensuite. Decent mix of stuff for breakfast (meats, yogurts, cereal, juice).

Excellent location short 20 min walk to Galway and Salthill. Room was spacious and very comfortable.The Host Michael was very friendly and helpful, offered to drive me to the city when I was unsure of the location of a Restaurant I was looking for. Would stay here again if visiting Galway.

Location was great - walking distance to city and Salthill. Bedroom (with ensuite) was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good - continental style with tea/coffee, bread, cereals, ham, cheese, butter, and jams.

I got an email with eircode and house name on my computer at home at 810AM Sat morn-unfottunately I was on the road to Galway at that time....Google maps had a very misleading position for the house resulting in me spending 1+hours trying to find it-finally hiring a taxi to get to it.Once there it was a beautiful experience...

Saw host when we arrived and that was it. Continental breakfast only, this was not made clear at booking. Breakfast had very little to offerand wouldn't call it Continental at all. There was small bit of fruit, very little break and very small selection of cereal. We were told breakfast was "complimentary", however, when I book a B&B at €140.00 a night I would expect a cooked breakfast. Coffee machine with no instructions on how to work it and nobody around to help. No TV in room and water pressure in shower very bad.

It's impossible to find as there is no sign, no number, just a road name and the sign on the gate is for somewhere else. No seating in the room. Wi-Fi very weak. Communal television and seating area. Communal kettle. Space for only 3 cars The person running the house gives you a key and you don't get an introduction or a goodbye.

Lovely house. Beautifully furnished. Great bathroom Good comfortable bed. Some breakfast is offered as long as you eat cornflakes or toast or cheese.

It is not remotely similar to what is advertised and certainly not close to luxury. The room was tiny and the shower so small that only a slender person could fit in it. There was no soap. The light fitting had dead bugs in it There was no bedside table or bedside light. The handle to the window was broken and so you couldn’t open the window The breakfast comprised of Lidl and Tesco’s cheapest bread and tea with ham and. Geese slices in plastic packaging There was no hospitality at all

Luxury accommodation great location close to the city centre. Breakfast was also very nice. Michael was very friendly and could not do enough to help with our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY

Location was excellent €10 for a taxi to the city centre, it was very close. Michael greeted us he was very nice, he also gave us a lift in to salthill to meet friends and told us the good spots to go too

Nothing, it was great.

The bed was amazingly comfortable, the room was very cozy and clean. Breakfast was perfect, just enough to set us up for the day. When we were being checked in our friend mentioned that we were attending a wedding at the hotel beside the property and he promised us he'd put a few extra bottles of water in the fridge for us in case we needed them. And when we arrived in the middle of the night there they were, and much appreciated too.

Great Difficulty finding the place. No sign out the front. NO HOT WATER morning of day 3. This is bad, left on day 3 without a shower! Host didn't check back after telling him about the lack of hot water. No TV or tea making facility in room. Room not serviced. No chair or table in room. Wifi not acceptable, shouldn't advertise wifi. Had to ask for TV remote for lounge area downstairs. TV reception not acceptable. Host generally not available. Host not to be found when we left. Definitely not a "mine host". Could not recommend this place at all. Not happy.
