Everything was perfect, The room was incredibly decorated. Bed very comfy. Blinds , lights and even the bathroom door all turned on/off and opened and closed by touch buttons. Even the bathroom was stunning, the mirror had a touch button light and was perfect for makeup, and the shower and all items in the bathroom were very nice. We forgot to bring toothpaste and asked reception could we have some and it was brought up to us within 5 seconds of ending the phone call. Breakfast was beautiful.

Only one German TV channel, but it's not important :) We were fighting with the bathroom door, but we won ;) very sensitive button inside.

The bed, the breakfast, the deep-pile carpet in the corridor, - very quiet, you cannot hear other guests.

I’d say it was unnecessarily hi-tech - curtains opening automatically, the lighting was hard to control as the small lamps were controlled by the main switch. A steamer instead of iron - with no instructions as to how to use. Also lovely that there was a kettle but would have been nice to have at least one herbal tea option.

It was beautifully decorated with great facilities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with luxurious touches like robes. The cafe downstairs was great for meetings and the food was very good.

An iron would be great in the room along with the steamer but the steamer did do the job on my dress.

From the moment you enter The Chancery Hotel you are greeted by the wonderful receptionists who are just lovely and very helpful. We were able to check into our room early. It was a very special occasion for us and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it even more special with champagne and wonderful platter. The room itself is beautifully decorated the temperature is very comfortable and it was lovely having robes and slippers. The bathroom toiletries smelt amazing and the lotion made my skin feel so nice. When we went down for breakfast the staff were very helpful and we were greeted with a smile. This hotel is so nice, the staff are amazing and its a great location.

Water pressure from the shower could've been better and milk rather than creamer should be provided in the room for tea.

Fixtures and fitting were outstanding and the bed was so comfy. Lovely to have complimentary water in the fridge. Fluffy towels and complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

The only thing that bothered me a little was the height of the bed. It was much higher than normal and I found it a bit hard to get in and out of.

This is a brand new hotel, very modern and very comfortable. The room was very nice and decently sized, with complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water. The bathroom was equally nice, with a good shower and all the necessary amenities. Both the mattress and the pillows were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

The automation of everything was a bit confusing, it took quite a while to understand how things worked. The room was on a road that had lots of delivery vans etc, which could have made it too noisy for someone who doesn’t use earplugs like I do.

Everything was great and of a really high standard, very clean and beautiful. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
