Our room wasn't fully stocked with all the items that were on the menu, we didn't mind though as we weren't using them anyway.

Hotel was really lovely, quirky rooms with lots of amenities; record player, mini bar, snacks, large shower. Pool facilities were very nice, outdoor pool was quite cool.

I thought 280 a night was a lot considering the room is small. The hotel is lovely though. The drink selection for the function downstairs was very poor and we had to keep going upstairs to get drinks to bring down.

Gorgeous hotel. Unique decor. Such friendly staff and the rooms were very cool. Ours had a record player. Close to everything. We were at a party and stayed for the night.

Service is shocking in Sophies and in Elephant & Castle. We waited over an hour and still didn’t get brekkie on a Saturday morning. Also waited an hour for a burger in Elephant & Castle. Really disappointing as its a beautiful hotel.

The sound in the hallway outside my room was loud and you could hear everything. Room service would have been appreciated.. also including some paper menus or hard copies of food choices for convenience of the weary traveler would be nice? Not everyone wants to look at their phone.

I liked the ambiance of the building and room. It was very pleasant and sophisticated, because of the vintage meets modern approach.The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect and close to town.

Parking is a little bit tricky due to limited spaces but plenty of on street parking available. Close to train and bus station if using public transport.

Lovely hotel, good food and wonderful staff. My expectations were pretty low given experiences in sister properties in Dublin but this was so different to the generic garbage of their other hotels.

My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights. It is in a great location! It's very walkable from the train station and all the fun in the city center. The Dean is clean, comfortable, and has cool decor. We had a room overlooking the pool which was only a little noisy one morning. We would stay here again if we had the chance!

The hotel was freezing ..the lobby area was baltic as was the little bar off the lobby and it took ages to figure out the heat system in the room. its not automatically on as you would expect, you have to figure out how to heat the room yourself with a complicated wall monitor.

the decor was nice, the room upgrade was appreciated and Sophie's was lovely.

There was basically no storage in the room, which was quite small, so we found things messy quite quickly - there were some 'cool' things like a record player which took up a lot of space, so whilst it looked lovely when we arrived it quickly felt a bit annoying. Ok for a short stay but I'd be fed up if I was any longer than 2 nights!

Location was great, life was easy staying here! Pool, sauna etc were beautifully done, and warm. Decor was gorgeous, especially in the restaurants etc. Staff couldn't have been friendlier, a happy place.

The bathroom was not the cleanest and the bedroom had some dust in areas.

The pool, shauna,steam room and gym were just amazing. The gym was brilliant. The room was modern and up to date.

The room was small. A lot is packed into the room and we knew it was small before we arrived that it would be on the smaller side. Still enjoyable nonetheless.

Nice style & very good location. The outdoor pool was a great addition also. Pleasant stay.

The room was tiny. The bed was squashed between two walls with very little room either side we basically had to drawl in and out of it. There was no wardrobe just hangers on rails for your cloths. Probably for a younger crowd.

The hotel is in a great location. The rooftop resteraunt is really nice as is the remainder of the hotel. The staff are really friendly and layed back. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Room was v. small, I wouldn't like to be unpacking staying for more than one night. Double bed was two single beds pushed together. No parking which I didn't appreciate when booking, hard to find on street parking nearby.

Good location, walking distance to everything. Room service was quick and good despite restaurants being fully booked.

Not a very nice view out of window, looking out ot to Car park and beer barrels.. Also a row of houses. Not very private.

Very comfortable room, great facilities. Lovely staff. And location was great, just a few minutes walk to centre of city.
