Wonderful accommodation in a separate guest house. Best breakfast one can ever hope to have - Frank is an outstanding chef with perfect support from Julie - wonderful hosts. Frank and Julie provided excellent references to places to eat and visit.

Set in a beautiful location, with the most wonderful hosts. The Garden Room and the incredible breakfasts and hospitality will always be the most memorable stay of our Ireland holiday. It was very hard to leave!

Lovely hosts, a sweet, funny dog and gorgeous breakfast in high-end quality. We had a whole garden house for ourselves, as the owners only accept one booking at a time. So we had bespoke service with lots of great advice. Very quiet and beautiful location - perfect for relaxing. Great coffee and tea selection and delicious homemade scones on our arrival day. Supercomfortable bed. Tasteful decor, very nice big bathroom.

Not staying there more days!!

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted at The Garden Room. More than a room, is a small house with a big, soft, and comfortable bed, exactly as shown in the pictures. The house is located in a stunning and peaceful place. Also, the toilet is big, new and you can feel better than home there. But the magic of this place are their owners, the kindest we found ever. Every day it is served a delightful breakfast that you can choose the day before. Be in mind that you are the only guest, which brings you the opportunity to have a nice conversation while you are there. Thank you so much for your kindness, 10/10 absolutely deserved!!

We arrived at The Garden Room and were greeted by our very friendly hosts Julie and Frank and their little dog Evie. The accommodation was excellent with a large double bed that was extremely comfortable. Lovely tea and scones were provided on our arrival. They were a delicious treat. Our choices for breakfast were a bit more varied than most and with Frank being an excellent chef, the breakfasts was delicious. The garden room is so tranquil and the surrounding scenery breathtaking. You could take some lovely quiet walks just outside their avenue . You are also very close to some lovely beaches. We had a lovely time there. Would definitely visit again.

If this is the end of the world, we are looking forward to it. Sleepy Hollow is at the end of the road but worth all the bumpy roads leading to it. After a long day of traveling we were greeted wholeheartely and with self baked scones. What a surprise. The room offers plenty of space and is very comfortable. Although the breakfast menu gave away a little in terms of the choices, we were not prepared to what we experienced the next morning at the breakfast table in the main building. It shows that Frank has been a chef for many celebrities and VIPs. Although each of us had a different coice each day, we did not complete the menu options and will have to come back. We had very nice talks and Frank and Julie even arranged for the road to be paved (well, not exactly just for us, I presume).

Location was stunning. Property was modern, spotless, very comfortable and had everything we needed and some. The breakfast was the best breakfast I have had at any accommodation type, hotels included. Lots to chose from and cooked to perfection! To top it all of, our hosts, Frank & Julie were so lovely and welcoming. One of the most enjoyable parts of our weekend away was having breakfast and chatting with them. Would recommend to anyone interested in visiting the West of Ireland. We will absolutely be returning!

Frank and Julie are exceptional. The location is super. Fantastic choice of breakfast with local quality produce. Everything is finished to the highest quality. Everything surpassed our expectations. This place can not be faulted 10/10.

It was an amazing experience! Just everything about this place was great. The breakfast was superb and the accommodation itself was way above our expectations. The hosts where incredibly welcoming and friendly, their lovely dog as well:) the location was very convenient and beautiful, with super beautiful garden views.

Everything was amazing! The B&B ist perfectly located. Very calm, at night you only hear some birds singing- no sound of cars at all! Nice beaches and nature all arround. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated with so much love and good taste. And of course the hosts were amazing! Such nice people. They were always down for a chat and not "obtrusive" at all. And the breakfast was delicous. 10/10 recommend! We will be back :)- hopefully!

This premisses FAR exceeded our expectations,,the location was stunning,,the room was excellent,,the breakfast beyond expectations ,but the ,,BEST PART,, were the Hosts who were incredible,,we feel we made new friends with them for the moment we arrived they were there for us,,such a nice couple,we hope to get back to them A S A P,, P S another thing which I found remarkable,was the darkness at night ,on a clear night the Stars could be seen in all their glory, as I have always loved looking at the stars where i live there is light pollution in this location NONE ,,(a bonus for me )

The room, the breakfast, the location is beautiful and peaceful, and Frank & Julie are the lovliest hosts you'll ever meet. This is our second time there in 3 years. Nothing has changed. Everything was just as lovely as before. We will return...again!

Absolutely nothing !

Would highly recommend...Frank amd Julie couldnt have been more welcoming. The Garden Room is adjacent to the main house .Its beautifully decorated and the little extra touches make this a perfect getaway. Because of how the property is laid out you can be as social or private as you wish .....we thoroughly enjoyed their hospitality and ican say without doubt I'll be back.

Julie and Frank could not be not more accommodating. The attention to detail, the lodgings, the ease at which they make you feel at home, the choice of breakfasts (I wish I could have stayed longer to get through them all!)..everything really. Just quality throughout. A must stay. You simply won’t find better.

Genuinely one of the best places we have ever stayed, at home or abroad. An exceptional private room in the peace and quiet of rural Mayo! Such a great base for exploring Croagh Patrick and the amazing surrounding beaches. Frank and Julie were such fantastic hosts and their breakfasts really set us up so well for a day's hiking! Nothing was too much trouble and if we ever visit the area in the future, we hope this amazing accommodation will be available as it is a true gem!
