Literally zero complaints although maybe a few suggestions? The sign to the house was hard to see from the road we arrived from. The radiators were locked to a temperature and the towels weren't big enough to cover a slightly bigger than average body. Also, travelling with small kids, their dog didn't seem overly friendly which made the kids nervous, just something to be aware of, but all in all, Very small miniscule things!

Every little touch was impeccable. Travel cot, extra blankets, milk in the fridge. Everything was thought about. Being shy people, a lock box was a great idea to get onto the property too.

It is a perfect house, a very nice decoration and careful attention to detail, a house equipped to the maximum with everything you need and of the highest quality, you cannot fault the house because it is perfect. I hope I can come back because I would repeat for sure

Although the pictures showed off this beautiful property , it far exceeded our expectations. What Fiona has done with this space is stunning . So many little touches added to a wonderful stay such as refreshments on arrival , basics such as salt, oil and all the makings for tea and coffee. We found the wifi brilliant considering we had 3 children with switchs/tablets etc and no delays in access online. A lovely restaurant called elmtree was recommended to us by Fiona and it did not disappoint, everyone throughly enjoyed their meal & only a 15min drive away (book in advance) also only 20min drive to foto wildlife aswell. overall highly recommend this property

Grasslands holiday home is a pure gem...a stunning comfortable house set in the country side yet 15 minutes drive to motorway to cork. Comfortable beds and beautiful kitchen and dining area.. I am definitely going back

The whole downstairs is open plan with no door separating the stairs so sound travelled easily into the bedrooms upstairs.

The house was beautiful and spotless. Easy to find with eircode and so close to the motor way. Great value for money!

When we first stumbled upon this flat on the New year eve, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch and a good vibe! Almost everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Ms. Fiona is the most thoughtful and gracious host. She provided us with catalogues that tells us about all the information we needed to know about each and every equipment over there. The flat has such a beautiful interior design that reflects the taste of the host! The kitchen, bathroom and the hallway were loaded with all the amenities we require and was highly maintained. Clean and tidy must be their motto I guess. Indeed, it was a well spent eve at the apartment and ofcourse it etched our New year Eve special forever in our hearts.

Property finished to a high standard. Decor really tastefully done. Perfect layout. Sqeeky clean. Lots of thoughtful touches such as welcome refreshments, coffee and tea milk cereal oils and herbs and lovely brown bread and jams. We absolutely loved this property. Would highly recommend it.
