Some of the bikes provided were faulty some were squeaky which annoyed the golfers (understandably) and others had faulty breaks / Seats having said this this was minimal inconvenience and the bikes are a lovely touch / a great resource to have available.

Beautiful grounds plenty to do for everyone. From golf to the leisure Center to the spa this resort really caters for everyone. We stayed during the Easter holidays and they had little chicks available great for kids!!

Beautifully appointed hotel set in stunning grounds. Super walking trails. Rooms spacious and beds very comfortable. Loved the patisserie treats. Staff are friendly, helpful and discrete. Indulged in a champagne tasting dinner this visit and it didn’t disappoint. Delicious and informative.

I have stayed in many five star hotels, but this surpasses all, the attention to detail was incredible. The staff were incredible. The location was beautiful. I really cannot find anything that was at fault.

The sauna was rather small (2-3 people) and not super hot (75 degrees).

Incredible staff! Everyone made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to ensure we have a great experience! The hotel and grounds are amazing. Really enjoyed the walks and activities. The Palmer and Henry lounge had delicious food! We’ll be back.

The night staff were not great - we ordered room service, and they brought a different sandwich with no apology which was entirely different - cold toast, unmelted sliced cheese, etc. Biggest negative which they don't tell you about is that there is no residents bar or any alcohol served anywhere in the hotel or on room service after 12.30. There were 3 different lots of residents in the 'residents bar' / drawing room after the cocktail bar closed, and we were all looking for drinks and told no. No mini bars in the rooms and no option to order from room service. The night manager agreed that this was not normal for a 5 star, but said that was the way it was. The spa is lovely, but is a 10 / 15 minute walk, where you have to go outside in your dressing gown, bare legs and slippers for a good while to get there, but it's lovely when you go in.

The staff (all day staff) are absolutely excellent - we would go back in an instant. They have the most comfortable beds in the world!!! The food is also great - I would recommend the food, drink and staff in The Palmer every night of the week!!!

Didn’t enjoy the long walk outside to get to pool and when I asked if I could have a robe and slippers so I wouldn’t have to walk around the pool in my togs I was told no as u wasn’t having a treatment at that time. Very disappointing and if I may say a very odd rule.

Our dinner was really good but our breakfast was disappointing. The pancakes were not great and the smashed avocado was not nice. The water in the shower (room 112) was lukewarm and not hot.

Rooms were beautiful and big and luxurious, Christmas decorations were spectacular. Staff were v friendly and welcoming and helpful and kind. Grounds were gorgeous

We had a pleasure staying at The K club for 2 nights in stunning Junior Suit. The view from our suit was a breathtaking, everything was an amazing experience and great atmosphere. We highly recommend this hotel for a fabulous experience and relaxing break away .

The K Club is everything I’d expected it to be and more. The location is breathtaking. The grounds are spectacular. The staff are all lovely. The decor is fabulous. All of the rooms are delicious. It also has something I can’t really describe. An aura. I will indeed be back.

Breakfast staff training...plenty of them, but all seemed to be on their first morning of work.

The breakfast was tasty, but service was a bit chaotic...orders delivered to wrong tables, long wait for service, and we are still waiting for our toast! Think breakfast staff were new and need more training..otherwise, almost perfect stay.
