The only thing was the baht/shower facility hard to manage getting in and out if you have mobility issues so a wet room wud be easier .

The hotel setting was beautiful really relaxing lovely friendly staff wud recommend staying there .

Lovely arge room overlooking the river. Staff, kind helpful and friendly.. Pool good. Food reasonably and drink reasonably priced.

Lack of attention to detail, tile broken and dislodged in bathroom. Tap dripping and not hot water. We reported this on check out. Had to wait 30 min for dessert in the pub after our dinner and chase it twice (cheesecake). No mini fridge in room. Old building so some noise.

The location of the hotel was great. The staff were very pleasant. We had a very comfortable room, with beautiful views of the lake. The food was delicious. The leisure centre was great also.. I would recommend it to my friends.

The only thing we had a fault with was with the dinner. Upon arrival down at the bar we were left standing there for nearly 10 minutes as staff watched us and never attended to us. But other than that they were very friendly.

The location was absolutely stunning and couldn’t have asked for a better room, the view was amazing.

Beautiful venue with wonderful, warm, professional staff with exceptional standards of customer service. From Simone on check in, Evelyn who took us to our room, Muhammad in housekeeping and Helen on checkout, we were treated to genuine warmth, care and attention to detail. Everything and in both Killaloe and Ballina villages the people we met were so sound.

We were given an upgrade due to thoughtfulness and the fact that it was my husband's 60th Birthday, the little extras were wonderful. The breakfast was a treat, plenty of variety, very good quality. The Sunday lunch was lovely, staff great and room was gorgeous. I would highly recommend the location and hotel to family and friends.

The room , view was fabulous and the view was gorgeous. Staff very helpful and nice . A lovely gesture on arrival to mark my birthday was a selection of cakes/ 🍓 and a chocolate bar with the plate written in chocolate " happy Birthday"

Faultless! Only wish we had stayed longer!

The staff were exceptional. Each person we interacted with went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. These guys really set a high standard in terms of hospitality, the best out of several top hotels we stayed at throughout our trip. Apart from that, lovely grounds and views of the lake. Great breakfast, one of the tastiest. Amazing room, very comfortable with fantastic amenities. Last but not least, the water slide in the leisure centre. Great fun! Thanks again to all the amazing staff who made our short stay so special!

We loved everything.

The room had an amazing view of the lake, and the balcony was amazing. All staff were polite and very pleasant. Me and my husband loved the breakfast; the hotel has very close amenities, restaurants, pubs, etc. I 100% recommend it!
