Didn’t realise water in the fridge so used the tap water for the kettle. Made the tea taste horrid. Maybe let guests know to use the water cartons for the kettle.

    Very convenient. Lovely receptionist.

The rooms are very small. OK for our 1 night, but not ideal for a longer stay

Great location. Very comfy bed and a nice helpful receptionist, Raj.

The bathroom fittings need improving There was nowhere to put toiletries in the shower, no towel rails or hooks, ledges or anywhere to put things except on the floor. This could easily be improved and make a big difference. Otherwise it is was very functional and convenient and we liked our stay.

Great lication and parking fee was reasonable and well organised. Room was small but very clean and comfortable.

    The room was pretty small.

Clean and comfortable. A short walk to everything. Parking is extra but we felt the car was secure so left it and walked everywhere.

The room was very tight. It was OK for us as we were only stopping for one night, but if you were going to stay for a few more nights and you´re not travelling solo, I would recommend booking a larger room.

This lovely boutique residence is in a very central location - walking distance to all that we wanted to see in Galway. The room was clean and quite comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

The car park was narrow enough (shared with another hotel) but the designated parking spaces were easily visible and the staff advised me where to go beforehand. No breakfast but many great options on the doorstep!

The location was so central, and yet so quiet, no street noise was heard at all. Close to both the bus station and train station. The staff were a pleasure to deal with and so welcoming. The rooms were spotless and looked newly painted (or just very well maintained) and the beds were super comfy. Really good value too. The Lane is now my go-to when i stay in Galway!

The only down side of the great location is that it can be a bit noisy. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs and you'll be grand.

The location is second to none, literally a stones throw from the bus/train station and Eyre Square. Easy access to some great restaurants and bars, and a great start point for trips to Connemara, the Aran Islands and lots of other visitor attractions.
