It's not an easy location to get to. Train, luas, long walk. The bed was not comfortable but the room was ok.

My room did not get even a bottle of water - maybe standard room doesn’t get such a luxury. My toilet was sometimes not working Breakfast with absolutely no fresh vegetables (there were only fruits)

Staff was really helpful, bed was quite comfy. Lots of USB for charging devices

Breakfast was cold, one small pot of tea between 2 people, rashers were not cooked well. Very pale in colour brown sliced bread was frozen had to put through toast twice to toast. Very disappointed with the breakfast after it costed 36 euro for two people.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was disappointing due to poor service. Lots of staff running around, but multiple tables (I clouding ours) not being offered coffee or tea. Had to catch one of the waiters after waiting for 15 minutes.

Good price and location, enjoyed the spacious room and daily housekeeping.

In the bar area the tables could do with a sanding and revarnish as there were chips of missing wood. But the tables were still spotless.

The room was in a quiet area as was explained by the reception staff on arrival. There was easy access and the room was spotless. Breakfast was perfect for what we required and the staff were more than obliging and friendly.

Had dinner that evening and had the chicken curry, while it states it’s a veg curry and you can add chicken but for the price of it there could be a little more then 5 thin strips

Always use this hotel as it’s in a great location just off the M 50 and beside the red cow park and ride

Bed was so uncomfortable. The headboard was ridiculous, which affected my neck. This is my 2nd time staying, and yet again, room service walked into the room at 8.45am when I was sleeping. I'm not sure that they are trying to get guest up early in order for them to get you out of the hotel before checking out.

Hotel is nice, modern and spotlessly clean. Joel's restaurant is adjoining hotel which is top class for food. Room is good size, quiet and fab shower. Hotel is close to luas line for 15min ride to city centre.

Bathroom was good but without spray was issue for kids. Also wifi was not working on check in day but was fixed next day.

the hotel is brilliant iv stayed lots of times some staff know me but this check-in was terrible never ever have I been asked for 2 forms of ID and €200 deposit I get the deposit issue but 2 forms of ID so I asked for manager an said 2 forms of ID iv never been told I need 2 IDs and she said you don't so I said im not allowed check in without 2 IDs according to this girl.. I didnt need them but there was people looking when she was saying I culdnt check in without the 2 IDs.. wasn't the best experience so I haven't been back since then because I'm embarrassed by how I was treated..

Room had a fan, and it was a find size room with bath this was a bonus. Plenty of food for breakfast good choice and very friendly staff. I would stay again and would recommend to family and friends.

The room was really hot and the fan made little impact. There was a bright security light outside the window which disrupted our sleep. The bathroom fan didn't work.

Location. We were going to Wellfest in Kilmainham and it was a short drive to the Red Cow Luas. We got a room with 4 single beds as requested. Beds were comfortable. Nice breakfast.
