Air conditioning would have been good. Also, our bathroom tile was VERY slippery. I believe it is a hazard. Pillows could have been better.

They are renovating around the hotel so they wake you up around 7.30am banging and machinery sounds. The windows are very difficult to secure open.

Breakfast was really nice and all the staff were very friendly. Smooth check in. Comfortable bed and pillows. Location can't get any better. Street parking around. My girlfriend loved the dyson hair dryer and dyson purifer/air cooler.

There was no member of staff on duty in the morning to pay our bill and therefore we had to go to the sister hotel the Blue Haven a few doors down to settle up. It just felt that we weren't getting any personal service that you might expect from a hotel of this standard.

The hotel was well located and the view from the top floor bedroom was lovely. Breakfast in the morning was served in the ground floor cafe.

Upon arrival the lift was not available to take the bags up to reception (on the first floor) due to the laundry trolley taking up the small lift. This was disappointing given we checked in during the requested hours and had advised of our arrival time. We were located on the third floor so thankfully this was resolved quickly. We had a dripping tap in the bathroom which we reported.

Location was excellent with free parking across the road in the public car park after 6.00 pm until the following morning, and the shower was wonderful, finally some decent water pressure.

Beds were very comfortable only the King bed was 2 singles put together with no extra layer so there was a ridge down the centre of the bed. Other than that, stay was great.

Very good location, staff were lovely and the breakfast was excellent. The King bed was 2 singles made up as a King, and there was no topper, so there was a big ridge down the centre. Other than that, they stay was great and I would certainly be back!

Not a dislike but preference. We have stayed before and they had a breakfast buffet as well as a menu , now you have to order everything off the menu. I'd like to be able to choose from buffet but I understand it's probably due to covid that they don't have a buffet anymore but I just prefer it!

Location is excellent, the hotel is walking distance to everything , the room was clean and lovely view from the window ( room was in the front of the hotel) and breakfast was good. We have stayed here before and I would stay again

An amazing nights stay at this Hotel. The bed was the biggest I have ever seen and it was comfy enough to match. The rooms were quiet and well furnished. Breakfast in the morning was also very tasty. It was such a nice ending to our trip.
