Mattress was not very comfortable. It was a rainy night and the whole room was damp, including the linens.

Breakfast was freshly prepared and just delicious!! The owners live just upstairs and are very nice and helpful. Charming context. Parking on site.

Parking advertised was very tight to access and we couldn't get our car in so had to park on street. Bathroom could do with a window blind! Town very quiet at beginning of week and no where to eat

Breakfast was average. Not much selection. Would like if there was some fruit, yogurt etc laid out. Unfortunately no travel cots available so had to take our own.

Rooms were very comfortable, had everything we needed, nice tea coffee area. Bed was cosy. Beautiful courtyard and stunning building.

We always try to support areas outside of the larger cities when we can- Thomastown was a winner. We enjoyed our stay at the Tower B&B. Enjoyed learning about the history of the property from the owner. Nice courtyard for relaxing and a large breakfast area. Room was a little tight and there was little ventilation since both windows were on the same side of the building. Ample bathroom with shower. Large towels were a nice bonus! Breakfast was wonderful and the hosts were by far the friendliest!

The room was too small for 2 beds in my opinion. The large glazing with view on the access walkway was not ideal for privacy

The view from our room was lovely, overlooking the river. Room was very clean and the shower and towels were great. Breakfast was fabulous, hot and fresh with lots of great options. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Happily stay here again.

Our family stayed in two lovely rooms that were adjacent to each other. We had private access to the rooms which gave freedom to come and go as we pleased. The breakfast menu was excellent. The hosts were warm and friendly. There is parking in the courtyard and a door leading out to a gorgeous river walk. Thomastown is a gem of a town. If you’re looking for a quiet base to explore the locality the Tower House B & B is a comfortable home away from home.

There were some stains/discolorations on the duvet. The towels had a bit of an odd smell to them. Throughout the night there was the sound of running water, as if there some type of plumbing linked to the heater being on? Also the room itself was quite cold (but I still slept alright due to the electric blanket). At some point in the night I was woken up by people being loud, so I'm wondering how noise is when it's busy, because it was generally very quiet when I was there.

This B&B is built in a similar style to the motels in the USA (private entrances on the outside), but cleaner and nicer inside. The host was great, very accommodating to my request for the breakfast to be served at 8am on Sunday morning. Breakfast itself was amazing! Full Irish minus the black pudding. I travelled in February and the heater in the room couldn't keep up to the cold, but the bed had an electric blanket, which once it got going, kept me warm for the night. Soap and shampoo were provided. The little tea corner in the room was nice with tea bags, milk, sugar, and even some biscuits provided.

No curtains or blinds in the bathroom especially with the toilet being beside the window. There was the noise in the bathroom of running water. I think it was the radiator but not 100% sure but it kept going and kept me awake a bit.

Place was in a good location. Accommodation was good and value for money. Breakfast was also good. Staff were very friendly. The beds were comfy and the room was warm. Extra things like tea and coffee were good.
